Luxurious to have separate bedrooms for us and the kids. That works much better when you have an early riser like we do. Kitchen was more than adequate - full oven, microwave, toaster...even a tiny dishwasher. Dishwasher and dish soap and cleaning material included. The gas station just behind the motel has a lot of the little things - milk, eggs, bread - or there's a grocery store just a few km down the road. There's a LM Montgomery-themed park behind the motel, too, with some good displays and walking paths.

We didn't think to bring/buy oil and that was the only thing not included. The pool was cold.

Location, clean, A/C worked, barbecue worked fine. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice to see they are maintaining the location.

The WiFi worked mostly, but on one of the evenings we stayed there, we had difficulty connecting. On other days telhe wifi was ok for our needs. If you're on vacation and need wifi access all the time, you're not really on vacation. Get outside and enjoy vacation.

Location was perfect, staff were very friendly, pool was a nice added feature even though we didn't use it.

Mattress seemed a little old and the sheets were stained. Towels and facecloths were also stained. Honestly, you get what you pay for and those are minor issues for me. My only genuine concern was that the window over the balcony didn't lock at all - the frame didn't allow the lock to even align. Anyone could have come onto the deck, popped the screen off and lifted the window. Traveling as two young adult females, it was a little unnerving.

The property is ideally located to visit Green Gables Heritage Place and Avonlea Village, Cavendish Beach and the National Park, and also to drive to other western parts of PEI. There is a Tim Horton coffee shop and mini-supermarket next door, together with a petrol station, and good restaurants nearby (particularly the Lost Anchor just up the road). Staff were also friendly and helpful.

great location, very clean, very quiet place to stay. bed was uncomfortable but who finds any bed comfortable other than your own. pool was very clean at all times, all in all a great stay

internet connection is awful , couldn't connect and if it did it toke forever to connect . need new pillows theirs are very very flat , not a deal breaker though just bring your own .

The staff were great about getting us a more appropriate room on the ground floor. They moved us to a nearby property (same owners) to get a better room and a functional pool. They were very accommodating.

The last day leave

The location was very convenient and in a great part to get to the sand spit and shining waters as well to anything else in town.

The pool closed at 8 and the kids would of like to utilize this while we stayed but where we were out for the day and by the time we got back each day there was not much of a swim time left.

Location was close to all attractions. Impressed with staff accomodating my scent sensitivities with linens etc.

There were several bugs crawling around(like hard shell ants). Not sure what they're called but staff did their best with traps. Seemed to be attracted to humidity. But more this year than last year.

They promised the pool would be ready we stayed in room 22 and we lived it only if pool was going

The pool wasn't ready and promised to me when I called it would of been ready would love to come back only if the promise was kept
