Very convenient location close to key spots (Cavendish Train and National Park and Green Gables heritage place, right beside) and right on the main road in the area. Each cabin has its own BBQ area, which we used and was very convenient. The room was a good size for two people. If you can go to the Oceanview lookout do not miss the opportunity for a potential amazing sunset as we did.

There was only one inconvenience, but I did not see it as a big deal given the circumstances: The heater was not working, and it was a bit of a cold night (last week of May 2025). We did not test it once we arrived, and when we realized about it late at night, it was too late for the maintenance guys to come, despite the guy in charge putting in all the effort to understand the issue and promise to fix it first thing in the morning. We put additional blankets, and that made the trick for the one night we were staying there. Recommendation: check the heater as soon as you arrive, and for the admin, double-check the heater when preparing the cabin for check-in.

We have had the absolute best week possible on PEI and staying at Green Gables Bungalow Court. The location was superb (being just a couple of 100m from Green Gables) and the staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. The accommodation is fairly old fashioned but this absolutely added to our week and we really were so comfortable.

Cottages were clean and cozy. We had everything we needed and loved our time there. We used the pool and playground too.

Our cottage was very close to the busy road so it wasn't the best for having very little kids there. Other cottages were further from the road so they wouldn't have this issue. We had to ask several times to have our garbage picked up when it was supposed to be done at noon each day.

A cozy and practical place to stay, it was clean and family friendly. Having a play structure right there was great! Friendly staff had great recommendations for what to do/see/eat. Very safe and quiet at night.

While comfortable overall, the beds and pillows could use updating. The amenities were a little lacking, like no shampoo as advertised… and the pool was freezing cold. The cabins were smaller than I thought they’d be based on photos.

Very cute cozy cottages. Clean. Everything you need. My kids had alot of fun.

The comforters were a little cheap. I brought my own. Our cottage had a million ear wigs around it but it didn't stop us enjoying the cottage. The pool didn't look like it was filtered or clean much. It was very cloudy and full of bugs

It was a very convenient location/close to the festival we were attending. The staff were also very friendly and got us extra towels and toiletries very quickly.

The sheet on the pull-out couch was dirty. Also find it weird that dishes and toaster are under the sink. Doesn’t seem very sanitary. Other than that, we would probably stay here again just for convenience and walking distance to festival grounds.

I could only suggest that the office, being the first thing you see should be painted and spruced up ,it was not a very good first impression as we pulled up ,made us nervous to stay however the cabin we stayed in was perfect

The bungalow was clean and cute and had everything we needed for our stay. There are plenty of tv channels if you had a rainy day or evening to watch tv. Bed was comfortable.

We arrived in the heat wave and took an extremely long time (over 4 hours) for the air conditioner to make it comfortable. I would suggest in these instances to turn on a while before check-in. Once cool, ac worked great and had no trouble keeping us nice and cool

We loved the little bungalows. They were adorable and clean and had everything we needed, including a fully outfitted kitchen. Literally, our hosts have thought of everything. The staff were kind, helpful, and cheerful. It was a wonderful experience, plus it was a one minute walk to Green Gables! This experience could not have been better. Personally, I could have lived out the rest of my life in this little tiny house.

There was nothing not to like. All our needs were met with cheer and politeness. We had all that we required. We were extremely pleased with our experience here. Thank you!

Great location and bungalow is well equipped, great shower, good level of kitchen equipment, dining table and chairs good and bed comfortable. Good value for money.

The exterior of the bungalows are varied, (mine was very much in need of painting) some were being renovated whilst I was there, so hopefully they will all be looking tiptop for the main season, as it does distract from the site.
