The place was very clean and beds very comfortable. Towels were white bright and not old. The rooms were older and a little worn but meant it was large and even had a kitchen with equipment and a pool. Good breakfast with everything one might want. Staff were friendly and helpful. The price was as good as one could find these days in Summerside in the summer and, if you have a car (as it was a km or two in the country) it was more than fine.

I felt bad for the owners as, whomever had done work for them had messily painted over switch plates and windows etc. It didn't need to look so bad and I'd get the painters back to fix it up. The place was quite fine, comfortable, large rooms w breakfast and perfect for a two day stay to explore, just cosmetically it had not been respected in renos which is too bad.

What can I say about Canada's best values inn and suites Summerside! Wow! Phenomenal customer service!!! I took my daughter on a girls trip, she is an ill child. The first night she was quite sick, Heather helped me clean the room from her emesis, constantly reassuring me that it was okay. We ended up in the hospital the first night and day, I decided to extend our trip once my daughter was on the mend. When I asked if I could extend my stay for one more night, informed they did have space. When I went to pay for the extra night, they gave it to me at no charge. Thank you so much for allowing my sick child this trip before starting more treatments next month. She has so many happy memories from this trip. I will forever be thankful.

Management and staff very friendly, close to town “4 min” yet very rural

Not much to do at property, could use a few picnic tables “ but we were early season June”

Outside entrance ,clean ,comfortable bed.Friendly staff.Close to town and confederation bridge,quite for being along the highway .

Only bad thing is the pillows are way to thin and not comfortable.

Property was clean, staff was nice, and it was a short drive into town.

You can tell they’re trying to do improvements but could still use continued updating!

The staff was super kind, the pool was beautiful & the hotel room was clean. Super recommend, will for sure be back next year!!

The cleanliness of our room. The clean fresh scent as we walked in the door! Also. the location was good. it was a quiet and peaceful place to rest and relax!

The mosquitoes were bad outside in the evening. Nothing you could do about that, though! Also, the stairs going up to our room was a bit of an inconvenience, but nothing major.

Great location. Friendly staff. Very clean. Very spacious. Great stay with our children and grandchildren. Great supplies in kitchen. Love the tub and having an en suite bathroom was much appreciated. Tons of room

Very spacious room. Exceedingly comfortable and extra large king size bed. Nice property in the country. Close to all the amenities of Summerside and not too far from the Confederation Bridge. The staff were very pleasant

The property needs updates to the windows and bathroom fixtures.

Good price, clean room, good internet

Very limited breakfast, too firm bed, lots of light at bedtime from electrical components, small shower. Needed a luggage rack.
