The bed was comfortable. House cleaning did great. The lady who checked me in was so nice. They will give you tips and a map of the area. The parking was great right outside your room.

Nowhere to eat in the room. We dont always eat in restaurants while traveling, we like to bring back food to have when we have been going all day. There was a desk and chair but the 2nd person had nowhere to eat. A little table with two chairs rather than a couch would have been perfect. If you want hot water for a shower, do it before the other guest wakes up or goes to bed. It's not the hotel issue. it's just a guest issue. Some take all the hot water.

We had a newly renovated room that was done to perfection. We were greeted by little towel animals on the bed and in the bathroom. Such a cheerful sight after a long day of driving. We especially appreciated the lighting in the new bathroom. The room had everything we needed, including plenty of receptacles for charging electronic gadgets. The large TV was an added bonuses. The bed was new and very comfortable and the room had a comfortable easy chair as well. The owner greeted us and was very helpful with sites to see and places to eat and which streets to get there. It was altogether the best room in what is now week 2 on a 2 week trip to the east coast. Thank you to Kendra and Aaron for the attention to little details that make a travellers life easier and more enjoyable.

We needed a base to travel all over Prince Edward Island and Cairns Motel at Summerside fit the bill. The safe, quiet environment and comfortable beds ensured restful nights and allowed us to resume our daily trips feeling refreshed. Our room was super clean! Facilities maintenance is first-rate. Convenient parking at our doorstep made loading and unloading easy. Great location and close to restaurants. Overall an excellent place at a very affordable rate! Thank you, Kendra and Aaron, for providing us with wonderful accommodations.

Lovely little motel close to the centre of Summerside and handy for local restaurants. We had to modify our booking very close to our arrival date due to a flight change and this was accommodated promptly and with no difficulty. The motel site is very well kept and the units look like they have been renovated quite recently, with a fridge, TV and microwave provided - not to mention the towel origami dog waiting for us on the bed! Would definitely stay here again if we return to Summerside.

Lovely rooms, staff was very very helpful our TV wouldn't turn on the owner came down tried trouble shooting it when it wouldn't work he quickly grabbed us a tv and set it up for us bed and pillows were very cozy and the place was beautiful inside and out bonuse points for the cute towel creatures who greeted us

Hot water could of been a bit hotter for my liking but I will not dock points for that most hotels keep the hot water at a modest temperature

We love this family-owned motel! It’s lovingly kept up and sparklingly clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows, AC and excellent water pressure in the shower. Only comment for improvement is that this time, our room didn’t have a Smart TV. No problem as we don’t go to PEI to watch TV! I suggest reaching out to the owners directly to ask if you’d like a room that has one.

Proximity to restaurants and Summerside was a great central location to explore the island on day-trips. Rooms were nice (if not a bit old in the bathroom), and the beds were very comfortable. Laundry was also available via coin-operated machines, which we thought was fantastic.

If I were to nitpick, I would say they need to update the bathrooms a bit. The tile work in our room was looking a bit beat up.

Beautiful grounds, the room and bathroom were very clean and comfortable and the owners are very welcoming and go out of their way to be helpful! If you’re looking for a reasonable price, you can’t go wrong here.

The only thing I would have added was a little night stand ( could even just be a small floating shelf) on the left side of the bed. There was a nightstand on the other side. Other than that, we were extremely satisfied!

Highly recommend if staying in Summerside. This motel is a hidden gem! Extremely clean, all updated and the owners ensured every little detail was present for their guests.

Can’t say one negative comment because it was one of the best overnight stays we’ve ever experienced while travelling within the Maritimes.

It was one of the cleanest places we have stayed at in years,water fountain and flower beds were beautiful. We highly reccomend this place.the rooms are big enough that you don't feel crowded, especially with a king sized bed. We will be back for sure.

Not long enough stay. Would have been better if it had been vacation instead of work!
