Absolutely friendly and welcoming. Our door was opened, and the gentleman started up the a/c and welcomed us. Was super impressed. The beds were very comfortable. Bathroom clean & stocked. The full-size fridge & and stove, as well as the microwave, were amazing.

The owner was extremely kind and the facilities were just as expected. It is not a modern motel but it was exactly what we need for a week long trip in PEI. It was well situated with lots of good restaurants around.

nice location, 30-40 mins to historical site, about 1 hr to Charlottetown, West Point lighthouse; about 1.5 hrs to North Cap, about 2 hrs to East Cap.

breakfast would be nice, but they do have basic kitchen stuffs provided such as pots/pans, utensils, fridge. grocery stores are within 5-10 drives, so not bad. Maybe a map/info with some amenities around town would be nice, like gas station, grocery stores, local farmers market etc.

The manager/owner was extremely friendly and made us feel comfortable as soon as we stepped on the property. The location is great as it is a minutes walk away from the highly sought after boardwalk. I feel we received great value for money spent.

Very reasonable price. Clean rooms. Fresh linens daily. Cheerful, friendly staff. Air conditioned. Great water pressure in the shower!

I liked the location as it was central to everything I needed during my stay. It was also near several fast serve restaurants The room was very clean. It was just what it says on the advertising. It was a basic motel room. It was comfortable. I liked the room because it had all your basic needs and was clean.

I did not like that it did not offer coffee and tea. It would have been nice to sit and relax with a cup of tea.

Room was very clean bed was very comfortable like the kitchen very convenient to make our own tea in the morning. The owners very friendly. very helpful.

When I do the réservation for the room, I know we have a kitchenette in the room but nothing mention refregerator with a small congelator. It make a difference in our trip. The room was renovated and it was a nice surprise. It was better then the picture on the site. The personal was friendly, adaptative and open to help us. The bed was noisy but very comfortable:) I asked for a supplementary bed for my kid when I do my reservation and he find it very confortable and habitualy if it not his own bed it not confortable for him :)

The location was a short walk to the water and right where we needed to be. Was clean, comfortable, and had a full kitchen. An older peoperty but good value for the price. I think there was onsite laundry, but we never used it.

The boardwalk could use a couple rails to assist seniors otherwise great place.
