Very friendly helpful staff and a beautiful property. The decor was not something we would ordinarily choose but it was a lovely experience to be surrounded by such amazing antiques. The breakfast was a wonderful surprise with specially made delicious omelettes, fruit, juice, bagels, pastries, toast muffins coffee and tea served with vintage dishes and flatware. The bed was super comfy and shower was nice and hot with great water pressure. Would definitely recommend for a unique experience.

The stairs were a challenge carrying luggage especially when you have mobility issues however the staff offered assistance so it was not a huge problem.

The room had a fresh clean smell, the thermostat was set to a comfortable temperature which we didn't adjust, the staff was friendly and efficient, the hallways were quiet......the check in and out was seamless. We requested a room on ground level and were politely accommodated.

The power was out between 2-4 am. Apparently this was a planned power outage. If that was true, then it would have been nice to have a heads up before going to bed.

Housekeepers were very friendly. My son had a great time in the pool

Front desk workers weren't rude but not friendly when checking in and out. I had trouble with the main door and the front desk wouldn't help me

Pets are welcome and the staff loves them. Also everyone was so nice. Amenities ate great, specially the pool. And the beds and showers are great.

Rooms were clean. Close proximty to where we attended our activities.

Front Desk person needs to be more friendly. A smile & Good Day would give you a warm welcoming feeling. Hotel does need to be updated. Hi

A little outdated but friendly staff & very clean. The beds & pillows were very comfortable. Hopefully with more folks traveling they will be able to update their decor.

We realize with covid things drastically have change things with accommodations & staffing. It is to be hoped that the restaurant on site cab reopen. After a long day of traveling it is nice to not have to go out again to find someplace to eat. They did recommend Gentlemen Jim's restaurant that wasn't too far & was excellent.

Great location, all amenities were there, even the one we didn’t need.

Only complain was with the AC which was bit noisy but that was ok because we were really tired after spending all day out so didn’t woke in the middle of the night because of the noises

It was a clean comfortable stay. Staff was very friendly easy check in and out. Definitely a great stay for the price. Would definitely stay again.

We were traveling by bike so it was very close to cycle downtown and to restaurants. or Erin was clean and the beds were comfortable. great to have a pool.

The staff were wonderful, preordained, friendly and helpful.

The property is definitely dated, and could use a few upgrades, but overall was satisfactory for our purposes. The mattresses were more firm than I prefer, but were acceptable.
