Very nice, well equipped and comfortable hotel. You can prepare coffee or tea for yourself all day. The only problematic issue is the breakfast. For this price a much wider variety could be expected. We stayed 3 nights, but bacon could be found only the first morning. Hard boiled eggs were run out always, if you asked for it you had to wait 20 minutes. The two ladies did everything in slow motion, they never realised if something ran out, we always had to sign them that orange juice, toast bread, eggs, etc. are out. The ladies were especially good in acting like they are working, but they only walked up and down without doing anything.

Bed size & comfort. Separate sink & washroom. The coffee machine was easy to use. And a good supply of refills.

The step down as you exit the room. Feels like a layer is missing. Great breakfast, but solid hard butter is kept in the fridge, at the opposite end of where the toaster? The toast is cold by the time you get there? Maybe keepp a few out by the toaster? Why is the coffee offered in the hall? Being a first-timer, I had breakfast without. Only caught on as I departed.

Great location on one of the main streets with easy access to downtown, shopping . Etc, The room was spotlessly clean with comfortable beds. I especially liked the convenient 24 hour coffee/tea dispenser located near the breakfast nook. Staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about local sites.

The room was nice and clean and very comfortable to stay in. Check in was very easy as staff is on duty even late at night. The parking is right on the property, so great to go in and out if you have a car. Breakfast is okay, my partner likes the waffle maker.

Was a bit pricey.

I love everything about the quality Inn in summerside. I stay here every visit to the island. Excellent customer service and all staff are wonderful.

The breakfast spot was in a great location in the main part of the motel. There was lots of variety, and enough choices for everyone in our party. The kids loved both the indoor and the outdoor pools.

The air conditioner unit was located in an awkward area under the vanity. Cooling air did not circulate properly in the entire unit.

Breakfast was excellent.

The accessible shower would be great for a wheelchair user, but there were no grab bars or a bench which would make it safer for those with mobility issues who don’t use a wheelchair.

Everything. It was clean and beautifully staged and renovated. The staff were very helpful, pools open late, snack bar, and breakfast was fantastic. We stayed one night, had my truck with a gooseneck trailer on it, and didn’t struggle to find room to park. Staff are very accommodating. Would definitely stay again!

I was not aware that there wasn’t an elevator. Our room was on the 2nd floor and I was traveling with my mother who uses a walker. The hotel was full, so we weren’t able to get a main floor room.

We were so excited to have charging stations for our EV. The breakfast was way beyond what you would expect for a complimentary breakfast. There was always friendly staff around. The property was well maintained. Truly a 5 star experience.
