We stayed at the motel during late summer and early spring, which turned out to be the perfect time. With vacationing slowing down, we were able to enjoy the peace and quiet we were looking for—far from the usual crowds. The tranquil atmosphere really made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. However, we did find that the cleanliness of the room did not fully meet our expectations. In particular, the bath towels and bedsheets could use improvement, both in freshness and overall upkeep. With a bit more attention to these details, the stay could have been much more comfortable. We appreciated the quiet surroundings and hope to see improvements in cleanliness on a future visit.

the room was very clean, the motel has a swimming pool and is close to the beach and a great restaurant (The Last Anchor :-) . The breakfast offer is quite good for a motel and the staff is nice and funny :-) Unfortunately the single-use tableware wasted the breakfast experience. I'm very disappointed this place didn't provide reusable tableware and therefore generated so much waste every morning.

The bed was too soft for our taste and the wood structure of the building makes it quite noisy. We slept on the ground floor and we got waken up by a kid running back and forth in the corridor on the first floor, terribly noisy.

Staff from office to breakfast were lovely! Nice, clean, not overcrowded pool for morning swim. The corner cabin 42 had everything we needed for our one night stay. Things were dated but in a quaint way. Super central to where we wanted to be with our grandkids' planned adventures. All those things makes me feel like I'd stay again, if we go back to PEI.

We emptied trash container in room ourself and saw that they hadn't been wiped out after at least the last stay left. Grandchild lost the TV remote so we pulled some things away from wall to search and found it dirty under there but not a huge deal breaker, to us.

The room was good, we had a delayed check in time due to it being super busy, we couldn't check in until 4pm, we had requested a ground floor room, but when we tried to check in the first time, they had us on the 2nd floor (stairs) which was not good for us, but they were able to get us on the ground floor. The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was clean, the hot breakfast was not so hot when we were there, its a buffet style. Good location, close to everything in Cavendish.

Breakfast ends at 10am would of been nice if they served that until 11 even. We like to take our time getting ready in the morning and missed breakfast every day, and we did book a rate that had it included sadly. We ran out of toilet paper after office hours and didn't realize they don't stock spares which is odd... Should probably stock a little extra in rooms but that could have just been an accident too.

Cavendish Motel is so convenient to everything located in Cavendish. It's right across the street from Tim Horton's and Petro Canada. It was nice to just walk across the street to Tim's. The motel was very clean and staff were above and beyond friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She was so helpful in suggestions for supper etc. She was just so friendly. Our tv stopped working and she had someone there within literally two minutes and it was fixed right away. We would easily stay there again and it was just a great place to stay. Just don't stay there because it has a 'hot' breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a bigger stand to lay things out on. There is just a small round table. Having not stayed there before we booked as it provided a hot breakfast. It was not good at all. I would not go for the complimentary 'hot' breakfast. Nothing was cooked really. The oatmeal was watery, The bacon just skid across the frying pan The toaster doesn't really toast. We ate there once and went elsewhere for every breakfast.

I requested a early check-in because on the website it says that they would accommodate will guess what? It was requested for a 2pm got my room at 340pm .I realized they were busy that weekend ,weekend was over but clean the time requested rooms first .I was really put out after paying almost $300.00just for a few hours.poor service if I say so .I will never recommend this motel to anyone and I was in the office numerous times seeing if they had it cleaned. The breakfast was really bad bacon was not even fried justed passed over a frying pan coffee bad also could throw a cat out thru the bottom door .did not even a discount for the room not being cleaned on time

The location was great -- 5 minutes from the National Park (a few more minutes up the road to the beach where you can walk and swim). The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The staff was great -- friendly and knowledgeable. Free laundry in the evenings. Lots of fun things to do in Cavendish and a short drive away that are not "Anne" based.

If you want the room made up you have to hang the "please make up room" sign on the door. The first night we didn't and only the garbage was taken away. Not really a big deal.

We loved everything about this hotel. The staff is very friendly and welcoming. We especially loved breakfast guys. They are so enthusiastic and welcoming. We felt like home. The hotel is very clean. Hot breakfast is great. It is walking distance from the beach. We had an amazing time. We are planning to return next year.

This motel was spotlessly clean, bed was so comfortable, the complimentary breakfast was plentiful and hot and the price so reasonable I would definitely go back. The lady on the registration desk was so helpful she is definitely an asset to this business.

Not a thing. I have to say given the price I was not expecting such a great accommodation. The housekeeping staff really seem to take pride in their job.
