Cavendish Motel is so convenient to everything located in Cavendish. It's right across the street from Tim Horton's and Petro Canada. It was nice to just walk across the street to Tim's. The motel was very clean and staff were above and beyond friendly and accommodating. The lady at the front desk was wonderful. She was so helpful in suggestions for supper etc. She was just so friendly. Our tv stopped working and she had someone there within literally two minutes and it was fixed right away. We would easily stay there again and it was just a great place to stay. Just don't stay there because it has a 'hot' breakfast.

It would have been nice to have a bigger stand to lay things out on. There is just a small round table. Having not stayed there before we booked as it provided a hot breakfast. It was not good at all. I would not go for the complimentary 'hot' breakfast. Nothing was cooked really. The oatmeal was watery, The bacon just skid across the frying pan The toaster doesn't really toast. We ate there once and went elsewhere for every breakfast.

I requested a early check-in because on the website it says that they would accommodate will guess what? It was requested for a 2pm got my room at 340pm .I realized they were busy that weekend ,weekend was over but clean the time requested rooms first .I was really put out after paying almost $300.00just for a few hours.poor service if I say so .I will never recommend this motel to anyone and I was in the office numerous times seeing if they had it cleaned. The breakfast was really bad bacon was not even fried justed passed over a frying pan coffee bad also could throw a cat out thru the bottom door .did not even a discount for the room not being cleaned on time

The location was great -- 5 minutes from the National Park (a few more minutes up the road to the beach where you can walk and swim). The breakfast was good with hot and cold options. The staff was great -- friendly and knowledgeable. Free laundry in the evenings. Lots of fun things to do in Cavendish and a short drive away that are not "Anne" based.

If you want the room made up you have to hang the "please make up room" sign on the door. The first night we didn't and only the garbage was taken away. Not really a big deal.

Very close to all attractions, shopping, etc. Hot breakfast was great and the gentleman overseeing it was extremely pleasant and welcoming. All staff seemed courteous and eager to help with anything. The pool was clean and well maintained. Bonus was having a Tim Horton’s across the street and The Lost Anchor restaurant right in the next parking lot.

Being on the second floor was noisy as people passed your room. Kids running by and even just passersby voices could be startling at times. Beds were average, not very comfortable but enough to lay your head at the end of an adventurous day.

Excellent location, excellent breakfast, nice pool. Liked that there were big screened windows so we could get some fresh air in the room without bugs (not all hotels with air conditioners have windows that open).

It is essentially an economy motel, but not at economy prices, though the location (Cavendish strip) is probably the reason for the higher price. The bathroom needed more places to hang wet towels and bathing suits (there was only one towel bar and it had the dry towels on it). The bathroom in general could use a little bit of an upgrade (the toilet was leaking somewhat, grout was darkened in areas in the shower). Also, was surprised that they didn't make up the bed daily. Not that I can't make the bed myself, but have not experienced that elsewhere, even at more economy priced hotels. Room was clean, but under the beds wasn't swept (dustballs, a candy, etc...) which makes you wonder what other corners are cut.

The location was perfect, right in Cavendish with some cute shops and a restaurant right next door. Check in staff was friendly and informative, the pool is great, goes up to 8 feet deep which is nice. The breakfast cook was very friendly. Almost gives campground vibes, but with the comfort of a room.

Far from sound proof lol. But it was clean and a good value for the price and location. No deal breakers.

This is my second time staying at this motel, very clean rooms and absolutely loved the guys who served the breakfast, very friendly :)

Receptionist wasn’t overly the friendliest, and office smelled alot like cigarettes which caught us off guard as there are some people whom have sensitivities so that was the my only thing, overall we absolutely love the motel.

Perfect location close to all the Cavendish attractions. Very clean and comfortable rooms. Decent pricing. The guys in the breakfast bar were lots of fun and very welcoming. Breakfast was delicious. Pool was very clean and had lots of seating around it.

The room was a bit dated and musty, but nothing we couldn't handle. I would still stay here again.

Ideal location, lots of assigned parking on property. Very clean no carpets. Could open windows for fresh air as the weather was beautiful. Ice machine with cold water always available. Hot breakfast served by very cheery gentleman in am. Checkin easy. All staff we met super friendly. Fridge in room. Property well maintained.

Loved the place

We loved our stay at this motel. It was 5 minutes away from shining waters, sandspit, and many other restaurants, shopping, etc. The kids especially liked having the pool right on site. The staff were so very accommodating - opening the pool early, and letting us use the laundry. I also want to make a super special shout-out to Leo, who works the breakfast bar. He was amazing, we all loved his energy, and awesome personality! We hope to visit again 🥰
