I like the location of this Inn. It is far enough away from the busy traffic of Charlottetown which I extremely dislike. One end of Charlottetown is all box stores and intersections. They can be accessed if needed conveniently from this location. It is close to the airport but without any noise from the airport. The tv channel selections at this hotel are much better than any of the many cottages that I have stayed at over many years being a tourist here.

The toilet seat was discoloured with yellow stains around the edges. The room was well cleaned - however that seat should be replaced.

The apartment was spacious and comfortable, the shower had good pressure and plenty of hot water, and the small kitchen had everything we needed to prepare meals. Parking is conveniently located right in front of the ground floor accommodation and there is a large garden area behind the building which is perfect for dogs and children to play. The Motel is pet friendly and were happy to accommodate us and our large dog. The Motel is located a little way outside town, close to the airport. The area is nice and quiet, but keep in mind it's about a 5-10 minute drive to reach grocery stores, shops and restaurants. The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. My deposit was refunded within 2 hours of checkout.

Stayed in a one bedroom with kitchen for one night. The unit was very clean and the kitchen had everything anyone would need to self-cater meals....full stove, fridge, coffee-maker, microwave, dishes, towels, eating table and chairs. The bathroom sink area was well lit, big mirror, and hair dryer etc. There was complementary toiletries (like the fancy hotels) which was a nice touch. Grounds were well kept and spacious. It is evident that the owners work hard to keep the place well maintained. Having stayed in a lot of hotels for comparison, I liked this place and would stay again. It was good value for the price.

A hotel of this size is always a maintenance work in progress so this is not a criticism but rather an observation with the assumption that they just didn't get to it yet. The bathroom ceiling had stains that took away from the best impression, and could use new paint. The number to the unit I stayed in was missing...no big deal...but I was confused at first where to go. Finally, the upstairs railing outside the unit is metal and showing a lot of rust and peeling paint ..also could use new paint. The reason these things stand out is because the rest of the overall impression is so good.

Very clean and quiet apartment. The beds were comfortable and wifi worked very well. The gardens surrounding the motel are lovely and exceptionally well maintained. The lady that checked us in at the front desk was very nice and offered suggestions for places to dine nearby. Reasonable rates so would definitely stay there again. A vehicle is needed to stay at this hotel but it's a quick 15 minute drive into downtown Charlottetown. The motel is also a quick drive away from Brackley Beach.

loved the kitchenette and all the amenities that were provided, parking was easy and service by staff was quick and friendly :) beds were decently comfy and this place is pretty close to Charlottetown

the only little thing was that my partner and I slept on the bed in the front room, and the light from the outside was very bright, we had to place a towel on the door which helped!

It was very clean. Housekeeping was done daily. It was also very quiet.

The light in our room didn’t work. Also the on indicator on the stove never went off!

The room was really nicely decorated and very, very clean. Although I know I had a neighbor on one side of me, I didn't hear any noise at all so it seems there is a good sound barrier between the rooms.

A few small suggestions: sheer curtains on the big front window would have allowed for some privacy without having to close the big, heavy blackout drapes. Given how clean the rest of the room was, I'm sure the tub/shower was clean but there did "appear" to be some mold in the grout that was a bit off-putting.

I was in town for a dog show. Having the kitchenette to cook my own dinner and breakfast (and the spoiled dogs too) was fantastic. I loved having a full fridge and freezer. Made it very easy to take my fresh meals with me the next day. Thought it was excellent that they offer salt and pepper … Most places don’t!

The rooms were clean, neat, and spacious.

We loved it overall! Had an excellent stay at Fair Isle Motel. However, I have a couple of suggestions for improvement: -Consider providing small soap and shampoo in the washrooms. -It would be helpful to have a mat near the washroom and kitchen sink. Thank you for the wonderful experience!

We loved having the kitchen as we did most of our breakfasts and dinners at the motel. The staff gave us new towels everyday which was great. The a/c was a great additon to the room.The location was great as we were there for our honeymoon and did a lot of exploring.

It wasn't 100% clean but not terrible (baseboard were dirty, ceiling fan in the bedroom had a rhuck layer of dust). The bed was comfortable but was wiggly (screws needed tightening) the pull out bed unfortunately was not comfortable and we ended up having to ask for additional cooking supplies as they had very bare minimums. We enjoyed having a separate entrance however neighbors were pretty noisy. And the lighting in the living space wasn't great, the lamp helped a little but it looked like it had seen better days as well.
