The property looked even better than it did on the photos and was in a superb location overlooking Lac Wallace. It was my first time staying in a B&B, and if they're ran like this, I'm sold! Monique was such a nice host and essentially made our weekend with how warm and kind she was. She helped us with plans in the area, chatted with us when she popped by and was super nice during breakfast. As for the room, the King bed is huge, and even though it wasn't listed in plain sight on the listing, it includes access to a shared living room with TV (was private on our visit) and an outdoor area overlooking the lake, plus a private bathroom (the bathroom isn't attached to the room, fetch pyjamas!) Breakfast was lovely every morning, served on the balcony and was fresh. We would absolutely stay here again if we plan to visit Coaticook again :) thanks Monique and Jean, you were fantastic!

In summer the king room is a little bit stuffy and has no AC, but the provided fan works well Bed pillows were a bit soft for our liking Communal fridge location was a bit damp during our stay Private bathroom being separate from the room wasnt mentioned in the listing, which can be a tiny bit awkward with people walking by to the fridge/living room. I imagine this is normal for bed and breakfasts though.

It was amazing experience for first time in bed and breakfast. If all of the bed and breakfast like that I will always choose that. La maison bleue to let you know it’s very clean and pleasant anything you want is there very comfortable they welcome you when you arrived and when you living ( Monique she’s very special amazing lady thank you very much for all what you did) I recommend this place 100 % and I will go again.

Breakfast was excellent with lots of fruit & egg, cheese & bacon on a bagel. Lovely presentation offered indoors or outdoors. Dessert offered as well. The place is modern, beautiful and quiet with a wonderful view. Monique was an attentive and enthusiatic hostess who went out of her way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.

Monique was without question the most generous, thoughtful, helpful and FUN hostess we have ever had the pleasure of staying with. We speak no French but Monique translated our conversations with the other guests, while she was preparing a delicious breakfast for us all. She has the most wonderful laugh — think Julie Roberts. The house is beautiful and clean and very comfortable. We will certainly stay there again if we return to the area.

Amazing experience! From the time we arrived, we were treated like family. Came to celebrate a birthday and was super impressed with the hospitality from Monique, to the super clean rooms and amazing breakfast! And the location is stunning. Already planning a trip to return.

What a fabulous property La Maison Bleue is with the stunning views of Lake Wallace and the beautiful furnishings. But, what makes this bed and breakfast exceptional is the host Monique. It is clear that sharing her home with others is a passion. The breakfast was one of the best I had ever had. She has a way of making all her guests feel like welcome friends.

Monique was a perfect hostess. She thought of every tiny detail, welcomed us very warmly. The room was lovely and the other spaces were charming. Amazing views. Monique's breakfast was delicious, smoke and Instagram-worthy. Will stay here again!

Beautiful location,very clean,quiet.The host,Monique was super nice and made sure that we had a pleasant stay! She made our breakfast and ate it outside in her spectacular garden!Loved it❤️

It was very comfortable and spacious. Everything you could ever need or want. Whether you want to sit by the campfire and enjoy the scenery or cozy up and watch a movie inside, this is the place for you. You truly get a bang for your buck!
