Its a classic motel. It doesnt look like much from the road but rooms have microwaves, refrigerators and are super clean. Get a room on the back side to avoid any road noise and have a beautiful view of the surrounding farm land. The staff is very accommodating and let us stay late while watching the total eclipse.

The water system is a little old so it takes a while to heat up. Front side is by the road and could be a little noisy at night. We were on the other side and it was quite.

Beautiful location right near a cornfield with ample seating outside to enjoy. We did have an issue with the guests next door to us checking in at midnight and waking us up. We politely asked the guests to quiet down, but when it didn’t work we called management at midnight. They responded right away and even though they couldn’t speak English they were patient while we used google translate. Once they understood they immediately went to our neighbours and were successful in quieting them down. Extremely responsive considering the time of day.

Lots of mosquitoes… not unexpected given the damp weather. A bug zapper near the door would have been ideal given that we had to kill 10 mosquitoes in our room.

There was flowers around the gazebo. A good place to enjoy their beauty early in the morning. The owner was helpful with a bag of ice for my aching neck pain. I would recommend this place. It was perfect for our one night visit.

I could have used more pillows.

Very quiet and clean location! Bed was extremely comfortable! One of our best stays!!

As we discovered, the bed was on a broken frame that was held together by painters tape and therefore rocked on any movement. After both being motion sick for most of the day this was not ok and we ended up taking the bed off the rolling base so we could sleep without getting more sick. Other than this issue, no complaints!

The room was perfect for our one night stay. As we were at the back we were able to sit outside and look at the views which were pretty. The room was comfortable and the owners were exceptionally nice.

The staff are very friendly and did their best to speak English since I know only a little French. Very Clean. Close to everything we wanted to go to.

We booked this motel as it was on our way to Maine. Check in was great, very nice lady !! room was perfect for the price. I would recommend this to friends and family for sure. Looking forward to going back next summer to explore Coaticook.

Very clean motel with everything you need. Quiet location.

Rooms are small, with sink in the room which makes it even tighter if you're a family.

There was a lovely pergola with table and chairs overlooking a corn field with a row of trees in the distance. A deer and her fawn strolled along the trees while we were relaxing there.

Easy, comfortable, and welcoming reception from the hostess. The room was clean and everything ran smoothly.

No complaints.
