Our stay at this hotel was fantastic! The property was exceptionally clean, family-friendly, and well-stocked with plenty of towels and amenities. The beds were very comfortable, and the room had everything we needed for a convenient and relaxing stay. We booked a standard room with double beds and a standing shower, and it was thoughtfully designed. It featured a desk with a study light, a TV, hooks for jackets and bags, a comfortable armchair, a spacious nightstand with built-in lighting and charging ports, a bench, and a standing closet with hangers. Additional conveniences included an ironing board, iron, hairdryer, body mirror, coffee maker, microwave, and a dresser for storage. The large window had double blinds for maximum privacy and light control, but the room was also well-lit with multiple lighting options. Overall, it was a well-equipped and comfortable space that made our stay enjoyable. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a clean and well-appointed hotel!

While most hotels don’t include it, I think it would be a nice touch if they provided toothpaste in the room. I was also shocked by how basic the breakfast was, no bacon, and only two choices of eggs (boiled and either an omelet or scrambled, depending on the day). I expected more variety in the food options. The swimming pool was great, but for such a fancy hotel, a hot tub would have been a nice addition. I would still highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness, comfort, and well-appointed rooms.

This hotel scores high on all acccounts. You get a very clean room, where you're able to relax in a comfortable bed and chairs. The room has a handy microwave oven and coffee maker and excellent lighting options: bedside lamps, desklamps, overhead lights -- perfect for relaxing and reading. The breakfast is better than what you'd expect from a buffet, with a variety of choices. (This is not the case in all the Holiday's Inns.) The all-important morning coffee could be a little stronger, but trust me, you've had a lot worse. The room price is a little too steep, and will encourage you to look around, but otherwise, this hotel will not disappoint.

Be aware that the heating system in the room could be annoyingly loud; ours was. We turned it off at night so we could sleep properly. Room 502. Perhaps the machine needs to be serviced. An extra blanket in the room during cold nights would come in handy, but this is certainly not somenthing to worry about – especially if the heating system works properly.

Breakfast was included and lots of staff to help out. Pool facilities and gym was clean.

Sheets were not replaced in our 4 day stay. There was only a small bar of soap for a family of 4 to use for handwashing. I was given another bar of soap when I asked. Other Holiday Inn's we stayed at had handwashing soap in a pump. They ran out of lotion and we didn't have any for a family of 4 during our stay. However, they did apologize and say it was being ordered.

Great location, clean and renovated

Only 1 electric vehicle charger that you have to pay for and was taken both nights of my stay by someone else. I chose this particular hotel because it’s supposed to have EV charging stations.. but they should be free for hotel guests and more than 1 for such a big hotel. Breakfast is average- they should have healthier choices The pool was extremely noisy and dominated be a big group of teenagers

Clean, spacious, great staff and very good breakfast.

The indoor pool is nice but there are some corners around it that are VERY dangerous, specially for kids. So the pool needs some maintenance I think. Also, although the breakfast is very good, the utensils are all in a very 'cheap' plastic. I mean, I can buy a better one at Dollarama, seriously. I couldn't cut anything with the plastic knife... I understand that's easier to clean, but at least provide better quality utensils....!

The bed was really nice. The room was big. Breakfast was good. And the soaps and lotions in the bathroom were really nice.

The pool temperature was a little cold. It was ok for me. But my 2 year old didn't want to go in as it was too cold. It was wintertime, so it probably exaggerated the water temperature. In summer I bet it is really nice. For my wife, the gym was adequate, but she would have liked to have one or more machines for legs.

Great location, the rooms are clean and comfortable. There are thoughtful touches like hooks for towels and coats. Room cooling unit is quiet. Breakfast is good. Swimming pool and gym are great.

There was no hand soap available in the bathroom. Staff told us they ordered soap but haven't been delivered. The body wash was attached to the bathroom wall so there was quite a stretch in order to wash hands.

The location was great for what I needed the bed was comfortable and the ac was strong. Breakfast was good and I liked having usb ports near the bed you don't need to bring a charger just the wire as long as it's usb A on one side.

Hotel was busy so there were lines for breakfast and difficulty finding a table to eat at.

Reception staff were VERY nice! Vending machine on the 4th floor stole my 2$ for a water but when i called reception to tell them, the very sweet blonde girl from the front desk came up herself and handed us a bottle of water that the machine didnt give us! Above and beyond for her.

I really can't say that there was nothing that i didnt like, except that there should be more channel options on the TV. in French and in English

Easy check in and out. Emilie was great. She was friendly and helpful with any of our request and inquiries. Hotel was in a good location for the event we needed to go to… the taxis were super accessible. One of the main reasons I booked HI was the FREE BREAKFAST! I did not have to worry about my children’s breakfast.

The only feedback I would say is that the cleaning could be better. When we checked in, we had sweep our room.There were a few dusts and hair on the floor. But overall a great stay. Would book here again 👌🏼
