The property is very secure, comfortable, and accessible. The neighborhood is a bit on the rough side, but the parking lot and stairs to the accommodations are in full view of the street, so relatively safe. Moreover, there are two locking doors between the outside and your loft, so you can sleep securely. The location is convenient, as there is a Shoppers drug store, Tim Hortons, breakfast diner, and gas station right nearby. It’s close enough to Parliament Hill that you can walk there in about 30-40 minutes. However, you have to journey through Rideau, which isn’t a great neighborhood. There are some modest supplies in the apartment - utensils, cups, plates, coffee, tea, dish soap, a microwave, fridge, and coffee maker. The bed is comfortable. I am 6’2”, and I found it plenty roomy enough. Easy Wifi access. Good shower. In summary, I highly recommend this airbnb for someone passing through the capital who’s looking for a very reasonable price, comfort, convenience, and security. I will certainly be returning.

The neighborhood is a bit rough.

I like most of the setup and the access to the kitchen. The lights and the heater work well. Bed is very tidy, my wife likes it. And the place is close to the restaurants, Tim Hortons and Gas station. We appreciate the accommodation. Love it.

There's no bath soap in the washroom. Though there's a bottle of cerave which is almost empty. There is no hair blower as well. We'd also love if there's 2 additional big pillows in the bed to make it more comfortable. This is just minor stuff that we can request immediately, but we didn't bother since we brought our own stuff just in case.

We had an amazing stay at this lovely Airbnb! This place was perfect for us as UBC students on a road trip during our reading break from Toronto to Quebec and back. The location was convenient for exploring the scenic views nearby. With our tight schedule, we arrived around 11 PM after a long and hectic drive. The host's quick and thoughtful responses, especially concerning our safety, made us feel incredibly cared for as we arrived in a new city. The space was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed to relax after a full day of exploring. The host’s hospitality and attentiveness truly enhanced our experience. We highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming getaway. Thank you for making our trip so memorable!

Very good location, close to basic shopping and restaurants. Cozy home with everything you need. Comfortable bed. Cleaned very well. Coffee and tea with basic kitchenette (microwave and toaster etc.)

Sometimes you can hear noise from others because the walls are thin and also random noises from generators or heaters/machines but for me it wasnt that bad - only if you are needing a really quiet place this may not be the best option for you.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here in Ottawa and I would always look forward to coming back to the apartment after a day of sightseeing! The host is extremely communicative, kind and helpful. Extremely conveniently located with bus stops, supermarkets, fast food and cafes next door. Massive TV with multiple streaming platforms made for very enjoyable viewing on the large comfortable bed. Useful kitchen facilities provided and air conditioning machine. Powerful movable shower with multiple head settings. Secure key code lock was very easy to use and no need for a key or card. Spacious light apartment with lots of cabinet space. There’s no lift so be prepared to carry luggage up a length of stairs but I was able to manage by myself! Great value for money would highly recommend this property for a stay in Ottawa!

The room was really good and the location in which the room is very near to downtown with a lot of amenities nearby and an indian restaurant right below it!!!! If you are a couple or a group of two friends, I would highly suggest getting this room because for the price and location it is very hard to get a good deal and TV and air conditioner were also included in the price along with the house being very clean as well. Having a microwave would have been helpful, other than that everything was great! Wifi was a bit slow but we just stayed for a night so it didn't matter.

Very spacious place with lots of beds for everyone. Beds were extremely comfortable and the AC worked well to keep the place cool. Large, open social area with kitchen nearby. Decorated to feel comfortable but not encumbered. Easily walkable to downtown (3-4km) or a good place to drive via Vanier Parkway. Beechwood area is even closer (~1km) with many restaurants, cafe, and bars. Parking is included and conveniently located. There are stairs to get into the place and to get to 2 of 3 bedrooms.

The couch desperately needs to be replaced. The toilet seat could also do with being replaced. If the TV apps are supposed to work as part of the place, they need to be updated to allow more people to stream simultaneously or be logged out.

We weren't sure what to expect since the apartment was on top of a restaurant, but were pleasantly surprised with the whole unit! Enough room for 10 people, with 3 bedrooms and very comfortable beds! Tastefully decorated, and lots of cutlery and dinnerware. Parking was very easy and convenient under the unit and the owner provided detailed instructions to make it very accessible. Excellent water pressure and plenty of hot water in the showers. The location was also very conveniently located near a Shoppers Drug Mart and other restaurants. We had a lovely time and it indeed felt like home.

The bathroom door didn't lock but because we were a family and only there for one night, we were able to manage. A larger group might find it difficult with only one bathroom. The unit is a duplex/ split unit, and located on the first floor; requires climbing up a flight of stairs, just to keep in mind that it might not be accessible with a wheelchair.

The location and facility was great. It was comfortable and above all it was clean. Check in was quick and easy with no issues. We booked kinda last minute and we had no complications with the fact it was not reserved or booked ahead.

I honestly can’t say there was anything that we disliked or had any complaints about. We would definitely stay again at this location. As well as recommend it to any of our friends and family as a wonderful place to stay.

The self check in process is easy and clear. There is Shoppers Drug Mart and several restaurants nearby. It is also close to the bus stop taking you to the downtown.

The stair access to the studio is quite hazardous and slanted (so one should be comfortable with their mobility ability). The air conditioning is quite loud and also it seems to be centralized and turned on during the winter, so the unit was chilling all the time.
