This was the day AirCanada was on strike & canceled flights. I was able to get a room and at an affordable rate. The property was clean and the check in staff was very understanding and responsive…. Everyone for the most part was nice.

I had prior discussed with staff that I’d like an hour late check out since my flight had been pushed to way later in the day…..and he said it’s ok. At no charge! Upon approaching the front desk the following morning after breakfast ;the lady at the reception Ms Angela said the hotel was fully booked and If I want an extension I should pay $25 to extend for 1 hour or $30 to extend for 2hrs. I chose the latter. I tried to explain that I had talked to someone about my extension but she was so adamant to charge me.

Huge clean rooms and good location. One of the best Courtyard hotels I've been to as everything was very nice and contemporary.

Elevator system was very slow and caused pile ups of people waiting at times. Lounge area was nice but when bar / food counter closed down they turned off all TVs and lights without any notice or explanation which is unacceptable. The area is a large commons and was not necessary as well as quite rude without communicating the situation to the patrons watching a sports event finishing food & drink. Parking lot also needs some work too.

Very clean, very comfortable bed. Super spacious room. Free parking. The cleaning team was really nice.

The elevetors are busy all the time. The wait time can be even ridiculous. It's not ideal for toursim, since you will need to drive to the main attractions.

The elevators at this Hotel are a problem. One was out of order and it was difficult for the others to compensate this. We had some delays going up and down.

I always find the staff friendly. It is very convenient to have a Starbucks in the building. Staff informed me that I qualify for a government discount, something I did not previously know. The individual checking me in, noticed my ID. A bit frustrating as I have stayed with you many times, but better late than never. Great location!

The room had a musty odour. I would like some type of lotion in the bathroom. As I frequently travel with a carry-on, easier if I do not have to carry everything with me.

Everything about the room, the style, the cleanliness, the furnishings and the amenities was exceptional. The staff were also lovely and helpful.

The Bistro Bar was disappointing and after the breakfast brunch I became ill for several hours. I’ve stayed in hotels all over the world, recently in Oslo and Bergen where the complimentary meals were phenomenal. At the Bistro Bar the eggs did not taste like fresh eggs that were properly made with cream and butter, the French toast was poor and as mentioned, I also became quite ill. I would never post negative comments on public domains which is why I am telling you this feedback now.

Rooms are ok. I like swimming pool n underground parking facilities. Restaurant is ok. In suite small kitchen with washbasin which is good when someone travel with little one. Staff is good. On time cleaning.

In room no complementary water bottles thats strange. In other hotels I always get Two water bottles. Elevators were too slow.

Good location - easy access to main roads. Underground parking but the parking size is a bit small... Nice facilities - clean and good size room.

Breakfast not included and kind of expensive for what you get. Pool on the 15 floor is small and the "hot tub" was not working. There was no brochures or info for tourism.

I love the location which is very closed to VIA rail station. It is about 10 - 15 minutes walk from the station to the hotel. A metro station is next to the VIA rail station, the metro line will take you to downtown within 20 minutes. Very friendly and helpful staff. Great gym and laundry facilities. The restaurant on the ground level is great.
