We loved how spacious the apartment was for our group of three adults and two children. The big TV with plenty of channels, the comfortable beds, soft towels, and the cozy couch around the TV made our stay very enjoyable. The well-equipped kitchen and coffee machine were great additions, and having a laundry machine was a big convenience. The apartment was also very warm and welcoming, perfect for a comfortable stay. Plus, the location was excellent—just five minutes from everything in Ottawa!

The only downside was that the smell of weed from neighboring apartments was quite noticeable at times. It would be great if there were better ventilation or stricter policies to minimize this issue for guests who prefer a fresh and smoke-free environment.

Very good and large rooms and awesome space in the living room and the kitchen. Very good a quiet location. easy to get to the apartment. We got very quick responses from the host to all our questions. Good variety of TV channels and excellent internet connectivity. Basically, we had there all the electrical appliances we needed, aside of a vacuum cleaner which you may want to have if you stay over 4 days, Additionally, there are no closets and cabinets to store clothes. So you need to consider that :) Overall, very good value for money.

Very clean and room enough for 5 people, could sleep 8 but would be tight

It was very cold and only had a small electrical heater to warm the place. We had to have it on the whole time we were there in February, I’m just glad it wasn’t the typical winter with minus temps. There is a lot of cosmetic work that needs to be done at base boards/heaters, in living room, bathroom and in the kitchen area. If all that was fixed it would be exceptional. The door handle kept falling off on the outside into the apt but it locked so we were safe

Spacious, bright, and clean. Has a useful kitchen we prepared several meals in. Large refrigerator, dishwasher, etc. Very large 77 inch tv. Washer/dryer combination. Safe neighborhood. Parking on premises. Description of facilities matched what we saw.

No thermostat. Cigarette and cannibis smoke entered our apartment from the next floor down. It was unpleasant. We did not contact the accommodation staff so she probably wasn't aware of the problem.

There was no breakfast. The location was excellent

The beds did not look like it was made from last use, this was very frustrating. It took away the comfort. The beddings all smelled like it was previously used, this is disgusting. The bed sheet was not even put on properly, all wrinkled. This is how I woulds exactly describe it - someone slept on it, the duvet was just placed on top to make it look like the bed was made.

Our stay in this apartment was very pleasant! It’s perfect for families with children. The space is spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. We found everything we needed during our stay, which made it even more comfortable. Highly recommended!

Not their fault but there is a strong weed smell from the neighbour.

the interior was very clean & newly renovated, the beds were comfortable and it was a large space which made it very comfortable to be there with 4 adults. Greatly appreciated the air conditioners around the condo.

I know it’s out of the owners hands but someone below clearly smokes and the smell does come up in the kitchen area - the owners did what they could to mask the smell and it is quite pleasant when you walk in but as you move toward the kitchen you could tell.

Easy access (electronic door code) and communication, good value for money, free parking (drive way or street), location close to city center, washing machine + dryer available in apartment

Minor drawback: AC is realized via two mobile units in bed room and living room (with dump air through the window)... so a bit noisy/less effective , but good to have the AC anyway

Lovely clean property, decorated so nice and really comfortable. Stayed on the top floor , felt safe. The neighbour Paul is so lovely he lives in the middle flat and is such a nice guy , made us feel extra safe and felt like if we needed anything he would be there.

Parking is to the right of the building but isn’t marked clearly , so just got a bit confused and blocked someone in , maybe some markings on the drive way would help locate where to park. But overall a great place to stay if staying in this area

Just as pictured, modern and lots of space. Kitchen had everything needed to cook meals. Very comfortable and huge TV. A real treat! Host was prompt with responses to questions. Close to attractions. A great place to stay!

No closets and only a few small drawers but there was a fixture to hang some clothes on.
