The room was quite big for 4 of us. We were also able to create a space for a walk-in bed. We think it's a good deal for the price we paid for it as compared to others. Found it to be very close to downtown Ottawa. Breakfast was good with too many options.

The microwave is placed in many locations but it would be better if we had one near the sitting area so we can warm the food and eat it the sitting area instead of bringing them to the room.

Stay was good. Room was clean. Bed was clean and comfortable. The bathroom was clean as well. the breakfast was ready right at 7 AM EST.

Because of the ongoing renovations, it becomes difficult to find out the main reception. Hence it will be great if you can put more sign boards to make it visible about the direction to reach there. There is a bad smell in the lobby (I used door#5 to get to my room) which is always persistent and you can feel the smell as you enter through the main door from outside.

Beds were very comfortable. Had enough towels. Location was excellent. I liked the front staff, server and the house keeping staff. They were very polite and very friendly.

Suite was not noise-proofed. We heard the next room TV and talking very loud. We saw the toilet bowl stain and dirt and it was disturbing a little bit.

Great location. Restaurant and a mall very close by. Front desk staff was very friendly. Checkin was easy. Room was very spacious and comfortable. Good parking and wifi. Breakfast wasn't bad but no meat products. Waffles, scramble eggs and homefries, as well bread and muffins and yogurt. Price was very reasonable. Would recommend this hotel.

Room was very clean. The beds were comfortable and plenty of towels and Toiletries.

The breakfast was very poor. I'm sure they can do better. All we got was cold packed food. The breakfast area was very small. I have been to other chains of hotels who have provided much better breakfast. Specially families with kids we expect some sort of a variety. The whole point of booking with the breakfast is to start the day with belly full.

I loved everything but the first night was worst, our condition didn’t work it they fixed the problem, and the bed needs to be change and the box springs was making loud noises

Located near shopping mall. EV chargers are nearby. Restaurants are in walking distance. Amazing manager from Yugoslavia solve every trouble with no stress and patience!

Due to the moderate price, a lot of rude people scream or talk very loud in the corridors at night, families with noisy children, poor sound insulation. Loud air conditioner which at night it is better not to turn on at all.

Very quiet. Next door to great gym and huge shopping centre. Building old; but room was clean and very comfortable.

Perhaps some updates as building is dated.

The guy will see us on the front desk. He is very nice. He helped me a lot. I was coming from the long way trip. He did his best appreciate it thanks to him for everything. He’s done so kind so I appreciate it again.
