Clean, close to the venue we needed, right on the big street, but not noisy for the location, cheapest I could find for the dates I needed. The staff was friendly and helpful. Free coffee is available at the reception along with a microwave if you need to warm up something to eat. Generally, nice motel. It had a fridge with a separate freezer which is larger and better as the veggies don't turn into ice.

The rooms are quire small and the bed is a double one, so it is cozy to the extent that there isn't much space around the bed. No complaints, but better know what to expect.

The owner is very welcoming and put us at ease. We were upgraded to a better room than the one we initially booked. Room is nice and the bed is comfortable and clean. The location is accessible to highway and byway. Short drive to Ottawa and places of interest. Restaurants are within walking distance. Overall, a safe place to walk about even at night.

I loved that it was located near bus stops and quickies and food and clothing places. Such a nice place to go to and it was so quiet omg! The staff was amicable very friendly and respectful we even asked for one more day lol 😂

Nothing at all, my mom find that the room was cold but well it was hell outside during our stays 😅 so me I loved everything nothing at all to complain about

Furnitures matches, pretty clean, no bad smell, sheets are white, personnel is friendly, lamps have many outlet (easy to find an outlet without moving furniture). Close to most convenient stores. Personnal safe for valued items provided Keys provided for rooms are Assa Abloy lock. It's an added safety feature I love. Feels safe. Glasses provided aren't plastic or cardboard. ***I have been to many Motels for work and I can say this one cares for their customers and their own image.*** I highly recommend

Rooms are a little small but space is well managed.

I like two star hotels because they don’t pretend to be something they’re not. That said, the Ritz was just wonderful. I have to make a special note of all the staff who did their jobs with professionalism and kindness!

The staff was very cooperative, specially the preson who was there for night shift. He helped us to get printouts without any charges. It was a good experience.

The location is superb, it's got some amenities close by like restaurants, fueling stations and the likes.

The room wasn't large, but that was expected. Overall it is an affordable place for a few nights in quite location.
