One of the best breakfasts we have had at a BNB. Location was walking distance from the river. Dawn was so nice and let us have a bonfire with our extended family at her property. She was always connecting with us to ensure our kids were having fun. One of the best hosts we have ever met.

The house and furniture is a bit old but everything you need is provided and in working condition.

Quaint and comfortable accommodation with many thoughtful extras (including oatmeal!) and with a wide choice of delicious, freshly-made breakfast options. Dawn is a friendly and delightful host! Located in the picturesque town of Wakefield within walking distance to restaurants and pubs, cute shops, the riverside walking trails and the covered bridge.

The suites are accessible by stairs.

The owner Dawn, makes this property a truly wonderful place to stay. In addition it was a comfortable, relaxed and clean place to stay. The freshly made breakfast sandwiches were a true surprise and delight as well as so very delicious

A great, very quiet location a hundred metres from the promenade. Comfortable room, with friendly and helpful host. Really goes out of way to feel welcome with some games outside for kids. Breakfast was superb.

Nothing. Room was clean, a good size for 5 of us and well stocked if we wanted a coffee. Nice little balcony area to sit outside.

The fantastic breakfasts were varied and delicious. We had a lovely, friendly host who was available for every question. we were fairly close to our family home and the town provided us with groceries, and baked goods. A perfect spot. Clean and the beds were comfortable.

Dawn was a wonderful host welcoming us and accommodating an early checkin to get us to a wedding on time. The breakfasts were excellent, pre-ordered from a varied menu making use of tasty local products. The location in Wakefield was perfect for access to the Saturday market, walks along the river paths and close to the best restaurants.

The owner of this B&B Dawn, was so incredibly lovely and accommodating to my boyfriend and I when we stayed here after a wedding. She provided dairy free options for my boyfriend and even gave us a free room upgrade! She always made her self available to contract in case we had any questions or concerns (we didn't), and I feel she did everything she could to make our stay exceptional, which it was! Would most definitely recommend this B&B to stay in if you are in the area or are looking for a quiet place to stay while you tour the beautiful countryside of Wakefield. Our only regret is that we didn't have more time to spend here, but will definitely be coming back. Also the breakfast options for highly impressive and both my boyfriend and I enjoyed both our breakfasts and our stay!

Complete breakfast--several choices. Great location. Dawn, the owner, is lovely -- a warm-hearted , open person. She made us feel right at home.

The weather-- it rained off and on all day. We were hoping to spend the day enjoying the park, so we had to settle for the interesting sights around the lovely town of Wakefield. We can't blame Dawn for the weather, though.

Awesome B&B , great breakfast included... Rooms are well decorated and so clean...Bbcue tiki bar open fire pit etc...Again the Owner Dawn is addictive attractive and delightful, Her knowledge, sense of humour and dedication is second to none ...Breathless and well situated B&B close to all tourist attraction and resto bars...

Dawn was a lovely, incredibly attentive host who made you feel completely at home. The room was cheerful and the location fantastic, just a few minutes walking distance from restaurants, the local beach and the grocery store. Dawn made us a delicious breakfast that we have since replicated at home:). Can't wait to come back!
