Had an overnight layover through Santiago. Location was amazingly convenient - just across the passenger drop-off / pick up location in domestic and international terminals. Don’t let the typical “airport hotel” stereotype color the property, this hotel would have fit in nicely as a quality hotel in any major city. Staff spoke Spanish and English, so it was easy to quickly navigate through arrival, check in and restaurant. Rooms were spacious, clean, had plenty of desk space to put things down. Warm water and bathroom facilities (including soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner) were wonderful. Appreciated the large selection of pillows - both in number and variety. Hotel itself is well maintained with great views and higher-end touches throughout to make the stay relaxing.

Could have used more than 1 chair in the room (room was for 4 people). Wish we could have taken-out from the restaurant or at least had access to the same menu as in-person for room service. Would have appreciated use of a microwave and refrigerator. I’m sure we could have requested it, but it would be nice to have a back-up of tissues and toilet paper in the room already. Notable was the number of cameras on each floor …. pointed at every stairwell, elevator, point of entry and some of the hallway/rooms on the floors with rooms - they didn’t make me feel “secure”, they made me feel uncomfortable being so closely surveyed coming/going from my room.

I booked this hotel on behalf of my husband, who was traveling through Chile. His flight arrived around midnight and he was flying out again the same day, so we needed a comfortable place for him to rest. Initially, it was a bit stressful trying to coordinate the booking. I attempted to call the property several times without success, and messages through Booking.com were not answered. I ended up contacting IHG customer service, who helped me figure out the correct check-in and check-out dates due to the unusual flight schedule. Thankfully, once he arrived at the hotel around 1am, check-in went smoothly. He paid for a late check-out at 6pm but was actually allowed to stay until around 9pm, which was a huge relief before his long flight to New Zealand. He absolutely loved the room — very clean and comfortable. The hotel felt fancy, the staff were excellent, and he especially enjoyed using the pool. It was the perfect place to relax and recharge during a long travel day.

Everything...note the location is next to the airport... so its great if you want to stay at the airport for an overnight layover, but its 20 min from town. The hotel is just across from taxi stand at the domestic terminal. The international terminal is a bit of a walk but we no problem using the airport luggage cart….which the hotel even let us take to our room, we kept it there overnight, and used it the next morning to go across the street to the domestic terminal. Literally a 1-2 minute walk. Front desk staff was superb, as was all the staff. Food at the restaurant was excellent Breakfast buffet was standard holiday inn with the usual assortment of some hot and cold items , pastries, breads etc. Room was a decent size and had a good bed. Plenty of plugs in the right places to charge all your gadgets. Wifi worked fine. Good sized bathroom area with plenty of counter space. In other words this was a typical Holiday Inn. If you are looking to go into town , as we did for an afternoon, we took a Taxi to the middle of town (Plaza Aramas). The hotel ordered it for us for $25. Took about 20 minutes to get to town. NOTE: taxi’s cannot pull up to the hotel. There is no driveway. They park on the other side of the street with all the other taxis waiting for arrivingl passengers. Our taxi driver parked there and walked across the street to the hotel to get us. Website photos are accurate. Definitely the right place to stay at the airport for a layover.

The room rate is a bit high in comparison to what you get compared to in town, but for the overnight at the airport you cannot do better. Would have spent more with a taxi back and forth with a hotel in town. So it was worth the extra price to be able to walk in a minute or two from the hotel to the terminal.

Incredibly convenient for those transiting through Santiago--a two minute easy walk from the terminals. A surprisingly good restaurant for an airport hotel and the best breakfast buffet we had on our trip. We actually stayed 3 nights because we had day tours scheduled every day and no need to go into Santiago city.

The price is double that of other options in the area--of course you are paying for the convenience of the location, but other excellent options are five minutes by taxi or shuttle. Also when we inquired about a day room, the hours were not useful for those with very late night flights, which are most of the international flights. (I think they offered 10-4 but our flight was not until 11 p.m.)

I stay at the Holiday Inn as a stopover on my way to Panama City. It doesn’t have all the frills of a new hotel and it is getting a bit dated, but the most important things for me are a dark and quiet room, comfortable bed, Netflix and hot shower. And I get those. The bed was massive and super comfortable. Room was super quiet and shower was strong and hot. Breakfast is a buffet with a wide assortment. Everything was tasty and the service was exceptional. All the streaming channels are available too.

Rooms are a bit dated but I didn’t care.

Amazing location just out of the terminal, ideal for a layover. Front desk staff were great and efficiently checked us in, even finding a room matching what we were looking for (quiet!). AC was a bit loud but nice and cool - a welcome relief for us after 5 nights in the Atacama. Bed was super comfortable. Shower had great pressure. Plenty of towels and the room itself was large. Bar area was really nice.

Room was tired, the bathroom and general room had seen a lot of use. Little things like the door stop were broken on the floor and paint work was marked all over the place. Maintenance could be improved. A wider selection of hot drinks would be appreciated in the room.

No fridge or microwave Tax and tip are mandatory in the restaurant or bar for this hotel, they charged 10% tax and required additional tip. I didn’t get charged for tax anywhere else in Chile, even inside the airport it is mandatory tip only I ended up paying 4000 peso for a 3000 latte Not a big money plus l don’t speak Spanish so just let it be, but if you are having a big meal there pay attention to your bill

Excellent location right outside the Domestic terminal and a short walk to Departures too. New, clean, fresh and efficient staff. Check in no problem. Bar and restaurant area was busy but expected.

Nothing - all was good but would add for guest information - On arrival I asked the local taxi company directions and they wanted to charge me 21000CLP... When I double checked the Map I could see it was literally across the road....

It's super near the airport, literally a five minutes' or less walk. (Luckily I'd been before, as the taxi hustlers at the airport kept offering to take me there - that would have taken longer). I was very lucky that my room was ready when I arrived, as my plane got in at 0830. From the airport, it was super easy to get a bus into the city. You take your airport trolley right into your room, which is great for an overnight stay. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast buffet was nice.

I'd have preferred a wider choice for dinner, but that's probably just because I'm a faddy eater. What I had was absolutely fine.

Unbeatable location right in the airport, with easy walks to both the international and domestic terminals. The room was a good size and very comfortable. The soundproofing was 100%! We didn't hear one plane, and the room was quiet in general. The restaurant was fine for an easy evening meal, and the hotel buffet breakfast had everything we needed. The bar area (which we didn't use) was very inviting and had pleasant seating nooks

Nothing major that we didn't like. I guess that a slightly later check-out time might suit some (was 10am), but it was fine with our flight time. I like a morning swim, but didn't realise that the pool opened at 10am. This was our check out time, so I missed trying the inviting looking pool. I guess I should have read more about it and had an afternoon swim
