Friendly and sincere staff that was responsive to my queries. I am an English speaker with very little Spanish and the staff were all Spanish speakers with little English; but we got by with a translation app when needed. My room was very clean and quiet. Hotel Brasilia is centrally located to a very interesting and vibrant part of an otherwise sprawling and intimidating Santiago. I was within walking distance to O’Higgins Parque, Museos Nationales, Virgen y Cupula, and several colorful districts with unique cafes and eateries; from Chilean, to Asian (Chinese, Japanese, Korean) . . . and a Viking Bar!

The bed mattress was more firm than I cared for making sleep less restful. Also, after checking-out, I returned after a 3hr walk to retrieve a phone charger cable and plug I left in the room. The plug and a cable were immediately provided. Unfortunately, the cable was not the one I left and it proved defective when I tried to use it later that day to charge my phone.

This hotel has become my go-to choice due to its warm hospitality and friendly staff. The employees' kindness and dedication make every stay enjoyable and stress-free. As a tour operator, I value the hotel's reliability and the confidence they instill in me. They are trustworthy partners who consistently provide excellent service. The atmosphere is welcoming and the team goes above and beyond to ensure guests have a pleasant experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional service and the genuine care they show to their guests.

Located on the eastern end of Santiago, the hotel is in a decent enough area, easy to get to from the airport and easy to get into central Santiago by taxi. The facilities were clean and well-kept but it was certainly a rather dated property, although at this price point it's very good value for money. Breakfast was good - a buffet that was adequate and kept us full for the rest of the day. The neighbourhood wasn't particularly touristy - in fact it was quite local, food wasn't expensive but I wouldn't expect anything fancy.

As mentioned above, the property is definitely a bit dated and the rooms looked nothing like the photos. The room wasn't bad per se, but the expectation mismatch between the implied quality of the rooms from the photos and what we actually got was quite stark. That said, clean and well-maintained is all we needed so photos aside, it was good enough.

The location is good, you can walk to the city center in a few minutes. The neighborhood is quiet. The beds are very comfortable. The staff is friendly and the reception is manned 24 hours a day. There is hotel parking in an underground garage directly under the hotel, which is very convenient.

In the bathroom there was rust on the edges of various metals in the shower area. These parts should be cleaned thoroughly as soon as possible to remove the rust or be replaced entirely. The reception for the TV was not very good, many TV programs could not be received at all or the picture and sound quality was below average. Here too, please introduce a new TV reception system for the channels.

Breakfast was good and healthy, with lots of options. The room was silent and spacious. The bed is comfortable. The cleaning superb. The shower strong. Take a Uber in front of the premises was fast.

There could be more lights in the room, it's kind of dark. The exhaustion of the bathroom should be separate from the its lights because if one wants to sleep while the other is using the toilet it's a mess.

Room was clean and tidy. It was no problem to leave our luggage there for three days so that we could go to the Atacama dessert without handluggage. The staff was helpful.

The check-in took more than 30 minutes, the longest time, I have every waited. The guy at the reception type things in the computer and during that time did other things. This does not look polite and customer orientated. Breakfast at 8 am is too late for a capital city, the people take early flights or need to go to work. At least it was no problem to get breakfast boxes.

Excellent location- its not in one of the main tourist areas and I think that has made it far safer for me. I stayed here for a month and so whilst the breakfast became a bit repetitive it was very good. Staff are very helpful, small shop by reception is also very useful for buying water and snacks. Room was very spacious- feathers coming out of the sheets a bit annoying but comfortable bed and air conditioning and tv were good.

There seems to be some kind of local gym nearby which sometimes uses very loud music in the afternoon. Genuinely the only criticism I have.

Basic but good accommodations in Santiago. The front desk staff were friendly and the rooms were comfortable. We were grateful for the AC as it was quite hot when we were there! Breakfast was also very good.

Nothing to note given the price which was fair for what you get!

The person working at the reception her name is Paulina was very helpful and provided the excellent service. The hotel is located not far from the metro, the room is clean and comfortable. The breakfast was very good. We enjoyed staying at the hotel

A bit white bath towels would be excellent.

The staff was very helpful and polite. The rates were great. The breakfast was more than adequate. The room was clean and comfortable. There are plenty of restaurants close by and easy access to the subway system. Highly recommended.

My only complaints are the ceiling in the shower was too short for me being 6'5" tall. The other is that the AC would only go to 16c. I prefer something cooler.
