The staff immediately came to take my bags from the taxi. The check in staff were approachable and very smart in their appearance. The lobby was very clean and presentable. Check in process was flawless. My room was nice, clean and felt like the cleaning staff took pride in their work. I had a lovely guy who made great cocktails at the bar who was very proud of his job role. The evening meal was not as expensive as I thought. It was full of flavour, presented beautifully and the staff were very attentive. Breakfast was plentiful with a range of fresh fruits, cheese and meats, freshly cooked omelette, pancakes and a range of hot and cold drinks.

Just no air conditioning. There was a built-in fan which did not cool the room down, and was a little noisy on high. As UK citizens, were not used to the high heats.

Incredibly helpful staff, in particular Felipe who sorted out several problems that were entirely my fault. Great shower, comfortable bed. Little garden area is nice. Restaurant has good food, although expensive for Chile. Very convenient for the airport, and there's an hourly shuttle for pick up/drop off. An uber into the city centre is only about $20

Waiter heard dos cervezas as "dos ceviche" - appreciate that that was my terrible Spanish at fault, but I got charged for them even though they were taken away when I explained the issue. Room service app didn't work, but I only discovered that when I went down to the restaurant to check on my order.

Comfort and high standard airport hotel. Nice room friendly staff.

Airport shuttle bus not so frequent, only once per hour. Needed to ring hotel for directions to find pick up point in SCL airport parking. Would have been better had this been provided with booking confirmation.

Nice hotel close to the airport

Long line at check-in to be told no early check-in available, even for an extra fee which they’d already told me about. Then told us we could wait in restaurant, but restaurant then sent us back to get carry-on roller stored, not allowed in (fair enough). A lot of people were going through this process of lining-up multiple times so it was a bit of a circus. They must go through this daily so you’d think they’d streamline the process for their own sanity! Not a big complaint, but making a better process for tired overnight fliers would be nice. Transportation to and from the airport needs a bigger of more frequent bus at peak times.

Their level of service was high, their way of interaction with heartwarmth and respect. We came to know them well and feel at home, and we are looking forward to come back one day. To be more concrete on services: the taxi to/from the airport was easy, serviceminded and felt safe. The aspect of doing their best to understand our needs and help us (store luggage, find postal office, change dates, add dates, being delayed) they were always there to assist us and ease the proces. We really appreciated everything!

I have no remarks

It was near to the airport. I was picked up and dropped off by the free shuttle. It was clean, comfortable and had great WiFi in the room. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with free toiletries supplied. The staff were all very nice, professional and polite.

There were no menus in the room for room service. When I called room service they said I could tell them what I would like but I wanted a menu to choose from not decide what I wanted. The tv only had one English speaking channel and that was CNN news. I think for an international chain of hotels like the Hilton it should also offer at least one English speaking entertainment channel.

Room was very comfortable, great location for our early flight, shuttle bus super . Reception on arrival very friendly and offered early wake up call .

Restaurant let the hotel down for us . A lot of staff , very few customers, we waited a very long time for our food and when we got it it wasn't very good . Extremely disappointing , probably the worst veggie burger I've ever eaten. My husband's steak wasn't cooked well and poor quality meat ..we ate little, paid and left . We wouldn't eat at the hotel again.

Booked this hotel for a 13hr transit from Santiago Airport. The cost was much cheaper than the onsite airport hotel. It had a free shuttle from the airport to the hotel and back again so happy to save some $$$. The reception was great. The restaurant was fine and suitable for the establishment. Very happy we booked this hotel instead of sitting around in a transit lounge.

We arrived exactly 2 minutes after the hour for our Shuttle Bus p/up time. The shuttle had already left even though we had booked it. As we were the only people there, it would have been nice if the driver could have waited a few extra minutes. A phone call to reception solved all the issues so all's-well-that-ends-well.

This hotel was very accomodating for my brief stay in Santiago on my way further south on a business trip. I arrived at the airport late in the evening having indicated as such by booking messenger. They provided detailed instructions for the free shuttle pickup and times as well. The shuttle came when expected and was very quick to the hotel. My room was ready and in excellent condition. I had a few special requests that were taken care of very efficiently and the next morning the breakfast was excellent before the shuttle again delivered me back to the airport for my onwards journey.

My stay was too short to manage to get in some exercise in the morning as the gym was not open neither very late nor very early in the morning. A bit of exercise would have been nice but I understand that these are generic operating hours.

Very comfortable hotel just a few minutes from the airport. All the staff were extremely helpful, starting with the shuttle driver who was accommodating when my flight was late. My flight got in early morning and the lobby and restaurant were made available to me until I could check into my room. I had a great night's rest.

The room and bed was extremely comfortable, just a bit dark.
