My mother stayed at this hotel, and the experience was excellent. The location is very good, with a beautiful view of the Andes mountains. The facilities are comfortable and welcoming. They offer a punctual transfer service, which made it very convenient for her to get to and from the airport. The breakfast was amazing, with plenty of delicious options. The room was spotless: very clean, tidy, and equipped with everything listed in the booking. The staff’s service was exceptional, 10/10. I especially want to thanks Cristóbal, who answered my phone call the day before her arrival and patiently, respectfully, and professionally addressed all my questions, helping me clarify everything about the booking and the hotel’s services. We highly recommend this hotel, and my mother would definitely stay here again.

This hotel suited my needs the staff were very accomodating , There was a good size pool in an enclosed garden with towels and an outside shower. The room was clean with a big bathroom , it had a very comfy bed .Breakfast was ok but not to my taste or dietry needs. Very close yo the airport with some rooms with even numbers over looking the runway , If you smdidn't fancy eating in the resturant which i thought tge menu was limited ,there were resturants 10 yo 15 minutes walk away which were good. Airport transfers were available on request .¹

The distance to the airport makes it a convenient hotel for short layovers.

The shuttle service towards the airport is a disaster. They hire a company called Transvip, which has a coordinator (Carlos) at the airport to assign you the transport vehicle, who is clueless. When you ask him something, he just turns around and waks away. Don't count on this service if you need a prompt service, I had to take a taxi. On the other hand, the shuttle service towards the airport was perfect.

Great value for the money. Excellent location near the airport with a free shuttle. The staff was very friendly. The food in the restaurant was very good. Breakfast was decent. There's a lovely garden in the rear near the pool with comfy chairs--a great place to relax.

The building is a little tired compared with when we last stayed there several years ago. This may be because they have almost completed a new building next door. I expect when that one opens the rooms and facilities will be excellent.

had a most enjoyable stay here, they were very flexible with the check in and check out. the airport shuttle there and back was easy and well organised. the friendly check in was flawless and there english was really good. the room itself had everything you would need. and the complimentary breakfast was just right. nice outdoor area with lots of shade with pool. Thank you for a lovely stay!

I had a couple of overnights in Santiago before flying to Easter Island and Punta Arenas, respectively. I wasn’t doing any sightseeing in Santiago, I just wanted a nice room, close to the airport so I could rest for the night and not worry about traffic to the airport in the morning. The hotel offers free shuttle, good shower, comfy bed, wi-fi… I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent hotel 10 minutes from the airport with free transfer both ways. Swimming pool in the garden. Large comfortable rooms. Quiet in the rooms despite proximity to the airport. Excellent breakfast included with large selection and cooked food. I cannot rate the staff highly enough. I had a problem due to a scam from a taxi driver I mistook for the official transport and was charged £4500 on my card. Reception staff let me use the phone and I was able to sort out with my bank and get this refunded as it was fraud. Beware when you get to Santiago airport. Do not accept so called help saying they are from transvip and go straight to the transvip desk upstairs to arrange free transport in their clearly marked van. Reception also arranged a safe taxi for the following day for our visit to Santiago centre .

No tea making facilities in the room but we had our own anyway. People should be aware that the hotel is on a business site so no shops or food outlets but we did find a burger van open lunchtimes. Hotel do a good set lunch and reasonable priced evening meals.

Big bedroom and comfortable bed. Transfer to the airport and extended checkout for free. Also they allow me to do the check in earlier.

I didn’t like the restaurant food. When I paid for the bedroom I had to pay with CHL pesos with my CC because paying with my usd debit card wasn’t working and they didn’t tell me that it has taxes, so the price was higher than the booking price. I would have liked to be notified about the taxes before the payment.

I loved the complimentary breakfast and the shuttle to and from the airport. Both of those things made it very convenient for me and my needs. Thank you!

I wish that there was a sign in the room saying you need to put your room key in a box on the wall in order for the lights to work. I arrived close to 10pm and I was all alone so it kind of concerned me and had me thinking the lights didn't work and could have saved me a call to the front desk but it wasn't really a big deal :)
