Good location with friendly cleaning staff. Room layout & configuration suitable for longer stay or with family. Easy access to food transportation leisure in an iconic place of Shanghai.

Lobby can be better manned in filtering out non-hotel personnels perhaps. Front desk staff mostly are friendly with some exceptions.

The location was wonderful. It is close by to amenities and there are many food choices. There was a washer+dryer which made long stay perfect.

The frontdesk staff and concierge team, except one or two guys, had stoic faces. They never greeted me whenever I left or entered the building. They are not friendly for frontdesk/reception staff, which I felt was disappointing. The housekeeping was very good though. They were well mannered and very helpful. One look at the room and we know it’s very old, probably need some maintenance soon.

Spacious apartment in a central location in Shanghai. Shopping malls, restaurants and many varieties of food to choose from. Great outdoor area on level 6 with pool and gym. Breakfast was good and housekeeping was excellent. Great menu for lunch and dinner.

Disappointing the hotel airconditioning wasn’t working for 3 days upon arrival. Just as well the apartment windows open. Check-in Saturday night was not the best.

The best of this Hotel is the location. In the heart of Xintiandi, and 50 meters way from Metro entrance. Gym is quite good, and the restaurant and it's balcony are the cherry on the top of the cake. Room is awesome and very big, which definitely is a plus.

Well, 2 people working on the reception (which I don't recall the names) were not so friendly. AFter COVID China has evolved into a totally cahsless society. Most foreigner which have not travelled there could use some assistance in setting up WechatPay or Alipay (both apps should be entirely in English, which they are not). Breakfast is very very limited. You can choose from 4 disshes on the menu, which remain unchanged and are very simple. Was expecting more from it. A/C is central, which doesn't allow you to choose between warm and cold modes. This is the most annoying thing in Chinese Hotels.

Great location, lots of things easy to get to by metro or walking. Washer dryer in the unit is fantastic, though it is two hours to wash and two hours to dry.

Very warm in the rooms. The air is only a heater, not an air conditioner, and the windows don’t open. You can ask at the front desk for a fan.

Our room was a little worn down. Bathroom had mold and caulk peeling from tiles. Shower drain was clogged and caused water to pool

The property is very well located with the metro at a walking distance to get us anywhere in the city.

Everything was fine. If need improvement is on the English level of the reception staff, they would need some upgrade.

The staff was nice and helpful. They upgaded our room because booking.com screwed up our reservation (room would have been too small). The view from the room was exceptional and quiet at the same time. The breakfast was good, but not exceptional.

The shower was a bit too small.

the location near to mrt station, walkable distance. near to all the attraction sites.

the breakfast choice is limited. repeating everyday. Cigarettes smoke smell can be smelled at the lobby and even at the corridor of the room.

Great location, in the center of shopping area. The room is spacey, love the family lounge.

The room facility is aging, specially the shower.
