Breakfast was not good at all. There was not much for me to eat. I had only bolied egg and some toast, considering the amount I paid for was pretty disappointing.

Prime location, walking distance to Xintiandi, People's Square and East Nanjing Rd.. A short bike ride to Yu Garden and the Bund. Room has some wear and tear but in general pretty clean. High quality toiletries are provided. Packages and other goods are delivered by robots (pretty fun). The staff at front desk were super friendly and helpful. I would definately stay there again next time.

It’s just 15-20 mins walk to Xintiandi shopping belt but I suggest taking a taxi since it’s inexpensive to save time and effort . Room is relatively good and well equipped with toiletries and detergent for washing machine and dish soup for dishes and pots. We didn’t cook but washed our laundry loads everyday. Very clean washing machine but the machine is a bit noisy as in most washing machine cum dryer . So suggest not to do laundry at night before you sleep . Plus you need to switch to dryer mode once laundry cycle is done. The reception staff were all very helpful . Really make our day. The concierge always smiled and greet when they met us.

We did encounter a bath towel which was badly torn. Housekeeping obviously not checking the condition of the bath towels .

We stayed 1 week and we enjoyed it very much. We always had at the reception somebody who did speak vey well English. The reception team was always very helpful. Super. The apartment was fully equipped with kitchen, microwave, laundry machine with washing powder bags. They cleaned the apartment every day. Always water bottles and coffee bag provided. This was a very, very good experience for us in Shanghai. Thank to all of them who made our stay so comfortable.

Washing machine, friendly staff, facilities. Special mention about a staff named, 张晨。To many, doing the same thing day in and out must be soooo mundane and tiring. However, he is so cheerful, full of joy and passion when doing his work - Happily and warmly greeting guests in and out the hotel. Even when delivery people come, he will acknowledge them with sincerity. He also helped us well with our luggages and does it joyfully, thereafter saying goodbye and sincerely wishing us well for our next journey ❤️ His joy and warmness are just so infectious and makes us feel very happy too 😁 This hotel apartment is blessed to have this gentleman as their staff! Thumbs up for him and may God bless him! 🥰

This is about my fourth time staying at this place. It’s my go to accommodation when I travel for work. The rooms are really comfortable. You have all you need around you. A short walk to some fantastic restaurants and bars. I love walking to the bund from here. It’s about 20 minutes each way and you feel very safe. The room also has a washing machine which is really helpful while I’m travelling. Been able to wash your clothes halfway through a business trip as a bonus. They do our breakfast. It’s a simple breakfast but it was perfect for me because I don’t have big breakfast anyway.

The hotel used to be run by Fraser and has rooms equipped with a kitchenette. At walking distance of Xintiandi malls and with subway and bus stations nearby, it is perfect for tourists visiting the city on their own. The staff is very professional and friendly.

The internet connection was not very good (slow and unstable) especially during the peak hours The apartment was great but the wallpaper is good for refurbishment

The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a great base for exploring the city. The location was excellent, close to the metro, Nanjing Road, and the Huangpu River, with easy access for those who enjoy walking. The check-in experience was smooth, thanks to a helpful staff member who allowed early check-in and promptly responded to inquiries.

The rooms, while clean, could use some updates to improve their condition. The breakfast was basic, with limited options that might not satisfy everyone’s preferences. Some staff members were not particularly friendly, which, while not a major issue, could be improved for a better overall experience.

The hotel was great! Big clean rooms, the washing machine was great (they also supplied detergent) and bottled drinking water supplied every day. The free airport taxi was also a bonus and made arrival to China stress free. I’d definitely stay here again if I came back.
