The hotel was nice we did not like the breakfast and one employee who was really horrible made use get cash and pay in advance before getting our room. Other than that the other staff were so nice really treated us special I think to make up for their colleague. We will stay again and recommend this hotel

The location was great, literally just opposite the Yuyuan Metro station. Staff are friendly. I could send my parcels there and then collect it when I arrived.

I booked a room with window, turns out the room comes with a window that faces a corridor in the building, and so for privacy I kept the curtains closed.

Great location. Right next to a metro station. Very close to tourist locations such as The North Bund, Yu Garden and and a few minutes away from shopping areas.

The room layout has the potential to be optimized. The queen room we stayed in had the bed cramped with a big seating area that doesn't have any use. Wish the sink area was actually inside the bathroom rather than outside, but that's personal preference. The breakfast buffet could be better in terms of variety. The buffet area is also cramped and tiny, it's a busy hotel so sometimes all tables will be fully occupied, meaning you'll have to share tables which not everyone would like to do. The laundry could be expanded to have more washers and dryers, there's quite a lot of rooms in the hotel so doing your laundry would be a hassle, but on the bright side, it's free with laundry detergent provided.

Very good location just next to Metro and one stop away from Nanjing pedestrian street and LujiaZui, 2 stop away to Xintian di, and walking distance to the bund.

The hotel do not have a foyer for getting on and off Didi and car. Didi has to stop on the side road for pickup and alighting. Our cleaner at the 4th floor did not clear the bathroom drainage hair causing drainage to choked and I have to remove the hair myself. The 3rd floor cleaner was good to clean and clear the bathroom drainage hair. Housekeeper trolleys were parked along the corridors which narrows the walkway. Robots delivery meituan sometimes get blocked by the housekeeper trolley unable to pass through. The rooms have no fridge, mirror and safe. Laundry room has only 2 washing machine and 2 dryer which is insufficient to support so many rooms.

It is very near metro yuyuan garden and easy spot to call for didi

We booked 2 room and the hotel check in time is at 2pm however we got only 1 room at 14.40 and have to wait for another room for another hour which they say they gonna notice us when the room is ready but no one come in the end The staff here cant communicate in english they have a translator device but some of them dont use it One of our room dont have any window
