Location is good! .. 7/11 and Starbucks across the road. 5-10min walk to Nanjing pedestrian street with lots of souvenir shops, street food and big retail shops. The staff are nice and greet you every time despite the language barrier they made effort to use translator app. Our cleaning lady was the best she was so lovely and kind and always made sure our room was spotless each day. Very clean and shower pressure is good. During our trip here, this room became a place we looked forward to returning to after all our exploring. MALO ATOUR ! SEKI !👍

toilet pipelines are weak guys lol. Bathroom door is opaque kind of glass with no lock, kind of weird but we got use to it lol

The location was very good, close to station, good restaurants nearby. Great laundry facilities. So unexpected to have this luxury. Breakfast was good value for money and not expensive. So surprised that the coffee was so good. I am from Melbourne and I know what good coffee is. The coffee at breakfast was great. It was a very clean hotel, with hard wood floors in the rooms, rather than carpet.

The room was a little smaller than I am used to, but we were still able to leave two suitcases open on the floor. It was unusual to have the hand basin in the main part of the room but it wasn’t an inconvenience.

I love the location! Its very very near to The Bund and shopping area. Opposite the hotel is a 7-11 and a Starbucks. The staff members were all so friendly and nice. Greeted me every time they saw me. Once, I came down earlier to wait for my friend, I went to this area with two arm chairs and sat there. One of the staff, saw me and came over with a cup of hot tea. They even allowed us to extend our check out to 3pm, instead of 2pm. Facilities were very good, and very comfortable. Some have commented that the hotel is difficult to find. There is a HUGE sign along the road, you will not miss it. Just drop off at 130 Hankuo Road and you will be there. There is also a nice coffee shop, Manner Coffee just beside the hotel.

Just small things. WIFI works only with Chinese phones and Chinese apps like Baidu maps. There is also a musky smell every time I return to the room. Might be due to the drainage of the shower. But after showering, the smell seemed to be gone.

Great location, just 2 short blocks from busy east nanjing road and the bund waterfront. There are multiple coffee shops and convenience stores on the same block. The room is kinda small but not uncommon for budget hotel near tourist attraction. Fridge is socked with beverages and restocked daily. Staffs were helpful, and friendly. Some of them helped me with luggage and transport.

The services from the hotel staff were exceptional! They never fail to bring us tea the moment we entered the hotel lobby. Everyone was super helpful and courteous. Most importantly, my partner had issue walking during the trip and we enquired if there is anywhere we could rent a wheelchair. The hotel staff said they have one in the back office and could lend it to us for free during our stay. That brought us so much convenience and we were sooooo grateful!

The room size was quite small but this was not an issue for us because we are aware of it. Even though the space is limited but the room has almost all the basic amenities we need. It is quite a comfortable room!

Location, Cleanliness and good value for money.

The only problem that I had was that I never got a reply from the Hotel when I asked for directions for the Hotel twice. On site Reception Staff were very friendly and Location was fantastic. Other than what I mentioned above, I was happy with everything else.
