We had to ask for a different room as soon as we checked in: the friendly efficient receptionist got permission to give us a much better room with a lovely view outside! Great location,next to the pedestrian streets and shops. The breakfast buffet is very good if you like to eat tons in the morning. Great bathroom and comfortable bed, very good housecleaning too.

I was very disappointed and annoyed to be given a horrible room at check in: overlooking the inner courtyard and with a very noisy extractor fan with kitchen smells. We had to ask for a different room - totally frustrating after a long journey. But they resolved the issue well.

Super location, doorstep to nanjing walking street. Many nearby restaurants and snacks shops. Had a traditional yam paste bubble tea nearby, was so great for winter! Smooth and fragrant. Hotel breakfast was average as outside options were too enticing. Windows can be opened to let cold air in so it would be less stuffy. No automated laundry room though. Some rooms had a purifier machine which was great. Toilet was spacious. Hotel lobby helped us order transport to the airport for 4 large,1 small luggages and 4 persons.

Road outside was busy and harder for cars to manoeuvre around as the police next door will block off the road leading to nanjing road stretch. The smokers congregate at the entrance so air quality not so great there if waiting for transport.

The hotel is very conveniently located, right off of East Nanjing Road on a bustling side street that feels like "old Shangha." There is a convenience store directly across the street to pick up quick items, and the E Nanjing metro station is within a five minute walk from the front door. Cheap local restaurants are everywhere, but East Nanjing's shopping corridor brings international flavor to the neighborhood. The rooms are relatively spacious and, in my experience, very clean. The bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was well-decorated. Each floor has a water station with bottled water, saving guests time and money instead of picking up their own bottles from c-stores nearby. Front desk staff were especially helpful. I do not speak much Mandarin, but (I assume it was) the general manager was friendly and informative. They even held my phone overnight when I lost it! I was extremely grateful for their assistance.

Very convenient location and great value. Easy to get anywhere and there are lots of cool spots in the neighborhood to explore. Oh and the view of the city is good as well.

Can't think of anything. Honestly. We had a very good time there. Not sure what else I can say. I do highly recommend this hotel. Very good value.

Superb location! Located right next to the station and walking distance to the Bund and great shopping right around the hotel! The staff were also super polite and sweet - they helped me repaired my clogged and faulty toilet twice in 10 minutes with smiles.

Nice location, and the hotel decor was nice. Comfortable bed and quiet. Although the hotel is a little dated, we still enjoy our stay.

Location is good with lots of eateries, subway/ metro station nearby, 2 shopping malls etc.

The lift is rather small and the sliding door is a bit slow. The sliding toilet glass door is rather heavy and noisy.

Very good location near Nanjing Road East Subway. Room was large, water flow and heating and air con very good. Breakfast above average.

The staff is super nice and clean. Location is good, and have many delicious food. Facility is good.
