Best location, close to everything we like and convenience stores for daily needs. The room is clean. Washing machines and dryers are available. The hotel staff are very nice and accommodating and some speak English quite well.

Cigarette smoke enters the room from the air conditioning system from people smoking in the hallway. Finding our room inside the hotel is like solving a maze every day. It is so far from the lift, so it's not that convenient to get in and out, and i keep getting the wrong turn every now and then. The light switch systems in the room take some time to figure out. It's quite complicated to turn on and off some lights. Our room's view is not the best.

The location was fantastic! We were located just next to Nanjing road which is an iconic road in Shanghai. It is only a 10 minutes walk to the Bund. The environment feels very vibrant and safe. There's also a variety of shops and restaurants beside the hotel. They also provided free use of their washing machines and dryers. This is a precious feature, especially since laundromats doesn't seem to be easily available in Shanghai. The staff are usually helpful and welcoming. The WIFI is pretty decent. My girlfriends and I could have Zoom meetings in our room comfortably.

The water was hot, but I wished it could be hotter. I just have a personal preference of showering with very hot water. Also, there was once where I was woken up at 5am because of rubbish trucks outside. Only happened once during my stay.

The location is fantastic, right in the heart of East Nanjing Road. I also appreciate the free drinks in the fridge and the massage chair in the room. The room was spacious.

My room was on the seventh floor, and you had to take an elevator to the fourth floor first and then another to get to the sixth floor and then by stairs to the seventh. It was a hassle when it came to luggage, but otherwise, you got used to it.

Very central expecially for tourist like us. Location is a step away from Nanjing Road. So many food and shopping places around the hotel. Also, walking distance to the bund. We loved it. The bed is confortable. Our initial room was very close to laundry room where a bit noisy with people walking but we addressed this to the staff next morning, the staff was quickly to change our room to the other room which quiet.

The location was good. The front desk manager was very good, He is very well informed and gave good recommendations / informations. The rooms are huge and spacious. Though the hotel has a Retro look, but the furnitures / beddings are all in good conditions. Good Food is so near the hotel.

The hotel is located at level 4. I am staying in level 6. Need to transfer from one lift to another to go up to my room. But then cause this is a old building, as such it cannot be help.

Excellent customer services, wonderful staffs like Ms Xu LJ and Mr Sun Y and Li , these three staffs really went the extra mile in providing their service. Not only did they meet and satisfy our expectations and requests, also make us feel this is the top of choice hotel we want to book in Shanghai next time back China. We had a wonderful stay and am thoroughly impressed by the client services.

The location was amazing, so so close to the Nanjing Walking street. And plenty of restaurants/food options near by. Amazing!

Our room does not have a big window, so window is very very small and the window is facing a building, so not a lot of natural light. I noticed other rooms have big windows. Next time I would definitly choose a room with a big/normal windows.

Strategic location. Just right at the Nanjing Road. And 30 minutes walk to The Bund, YuYuan Garden and also to Starbucks Reserve Roastery. The staff are friendly and helpful. They give good suggestion on how to get about, helping us to get a departure car to the airport and even on the WiFi.

The door to my room got electrocuted a few times

Location. Was great. Walking distance to almost all the food, breakfast, coffee, shops. Easy access to metro about 5-8 mins walk.

The lighting in the room very dim. The water was not refilled some of the 5 days. We had to go counter to ask for more toilet paper. I lost my towel which I placed on the pillow.

The location was good as it's located right on the pedestrian street. It's about 10min walk to metro stations. Still walkable to the bund albeit a bit far. The room was clean, complete with amenities, the staff were helpful too.
