We have stayed at this property several times, and each visit has been a pleasant experience. However, our most recent stay was by far the most impressive. The facilities are thoughtfully arranged, making everything exceptionally convenient for guests. The front desk staff and housekeeping team provided service that was both professional and genuinely welcoming, which greatly enhanced our stay. The breakfast offerings were excellent, with a wide selection to suit different preferences, and the overall quality of the food was consistently outstanding. The attention to detail, warm hospitality, and high standard of service reflect a strong commitment to guest satisfaction. We look forward to returning and would highly recommend this property to others seeking comfort, convenience, and excellent service.

Excellent location as hotel opens on Nanjing road pedestrian street. You can walk to the bund and enjoy spectacular views of city or cruise Huangpu river. Ideal for families with kids who like to go on short trips from hotel and enjoy vibrant city life that Shanghai offers. We stayed here for New Years so we also enjoyed crowds that gathered for NYE without being too far from our hotel. Staff is friendly and so helpful we had some issue with our bags and hotel send their staff with tools we needed to fix our bag, rooms are comfortable, breakfast choices are exceptional (although can be improved further by adding some kosher and halal food choices). This hotel is in heart of Shanghai and I recommend this place to all foreign travellers visiting this beautiful city.

Breakfast can be improved by adding some kosher/halal food choices, need connected rooms with doors for families travelling with kids, also consider reserving rooms next to each other when family books 2 rooms.

Room is spacious and comfy. Location is perfect right on the middle of everything. *pay attention on the address when you put in maps doesn’t take you to the right place, it’s super close to Apple and Miniso.

The air conditioning in my room wasn’t working properly (super hot) I requested a fan they sent someone to have a look at the aircon and said it was fixed. Room was still super hot when I decided to call reception and ask for a fan they said ok and never showed up. After over an hour I went to the reception on my pyjamas at 3am because the room was super hot and I couldn’t sleep when finally I got a fan.

The hotel’s location is excellent—right on Nanjing Road Walking Street, close to the Metro, Lawson, and Miniso. I especially appreciate the four exits, which make it super convenient to go wherever I need. All the staff are very nice and can communicate in English at an understandable level. If I visit Shanghai again, I will definitely stay here!

The sliding door separating the bedroom and bathroom in my room was broken, so it couldn’t be fully closed. This meant my friend and I had to coordinate not to walk near the door while someone was showering. This is the one thing I would like the hotel to improve, as having damaged items in the room prevents guests from fully receiving the value of what they paid for.

Excellent location. Hotel is located at East Nanjing Road. Plenty of shops of restaurants, just 3 mins walk to the nearest line 2 metro East Nanjing Road station. Line 2 is directly connected all the way from Pudong Airport, reach city in 1 hour, very convenient, 15 minutes walk to the Bund. 10 minutes to People Square. We booked the Executive Room, with direct access to the 30th floor lounge, able to enjoy the complementary daily afternoon tea and snack , and the evening light dinner with cocktail. Simple but good enough. The staff service is good at lounge.

The temperature control in room.

Excellent location right on pedestrian East Nanjing. When you have breakfast the view is of East Nanjing Road. Walking distance to the Bund, Yuyuan, People's Park and with Metro line 2 100 meters away. Very good baked goods at breakfast. Very comfy main bed. Very nice and big room for 3 people. Complimentary stuffed toy, water, and some drinks. You have the option of take away coffee from breakfast and cold bottled was always available in the lobby for free. Many traditional restos and numerous food stalls nearby. Would recommend and would stay here again in the future.

Breakfast was good and the baked stuff was excellent with much choice but if you stay more than 3 days then you kind of get tired of the warm food. Needs a bit of variation. Omelette only had eggs except for 1 day. Would appreciate a bidet in the bathroom. The 3rd bed in the room is a sofa bed with a thin mattress and quite hard. we requested addl bedding and they fixed it. Had a massage in the Spa..this was not the expected quality..the nassage bed and head holder need an upgrade. It onky had a towel around the hole which is usually a cushion. Massage was average

Perfect location, situated right on the bustling Nanjing Road pedestrian street, it’s ideal for exploring the heart of Shanghai. The hotel is modern, stylish, and tastefully decorated, recent renovations show in the room quality and common spaces. We mentioned it was a special occasion, and the team surprised us by delivering a complimentary cake to our room—a thoughtful gesture that made our stay memorable. In-room amenities were excellent, matching the standards expected from a high-end property. Easy access to shopping, restaurants, and major city sights from just outside the hotel doors.

Staff communication was disappointing, English proficiency was quite limited for a brand like Radisson, making basic requests and check-in more difficult than expected. The welcome experience was underwhelming, no one offered assistance with our baggage or took the time to explain the hotel’s facilities. There was no orientation regarding the best way to access the pedestrian street; as first-time visitors, we exited via the vehicle ramp because no one informed us that the direct pedestrian exit is one level below the reception. Overall, the level of service and staff support did not match Radisson’s reputation for hospitality and attention to guest needs.

Very central location at Pedestrian Street & near to many food amenities & shopping malls. Just 5 to 10 mins walk to the Shanghai bund, People’s Square & Metro stations. Very lively & vibrant area with lots of people.

The room looks old & lacks proper furnishing. Though breakfast variety are a lot but the food is not so palatable. When food runs out, staff took a longer time to top up the trays, eg fruits. One of the nights, we realized that the shampoo & shower gel was not replaced during housekeeping. Called them about 9+ in the night & they took more than 30mins to deliver the items.

The hotel is situated right in the centre of Shanghai on a Main Street of shopping. You go out of the hotel and you can already go shopping. I would say that’s one of the best things about the hotel. It’s only a short walk to the harbour. The breakfast is excellent offering a huge variety of different food, pastries, different breads, hot food, cereals and others. We were offered a complimentary afternoon tea which we really appreciated. I recommend taking up that offer as you get to experience a special view from 30th floor which shows the different skyscrapers of Shanghai. The gym is good but on top of that they have pilates and yoga classes which you can book.

At night it would smell of cigarettes which meant others were smoking in the hotel and the ventilation meant it would come inside our room. Despite calling the reception, there were no answers. You could hear the noise of other rooms, so not so soundproof.
