The hotel itself is modern, stylish, and centrally located, but what truly made this stay special was the outstanding service provided by Daniel. From the very first interaction, it was clear: Daniel is not only highly professional but also wholeheartedly dedicated to his work. With his warm, charming personality, he immediately made us feel welcome and at ease. No matter what request or question we had, Daniel took the time to listen carefully and always found a solution often one that exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was his genuinely positive energy, which is simply contagious. Every conversation with him left us smiling and that’s exactly what makes the difference. It’s those small, personal touches that turned our stay from enjoyable to truly unforgettable. Whether it was helpful tips about the city, small thoughtful gestures, or just a kind word in passing Daniel was always there and played a major role in making us feel completely at home with his exceptional dedication and care. We travel frequently and have stayed in many wonderful hotels, but this level of service is truly rare. The location was perfect, next to the underground which makes it very easy to explore the city. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and with amazing views. Breakfast was great. Big thank you to German at the reception as he was of a great help to us. He recommended all sort of places to visit in Shanghai which were great. He was immensely helpful, friendly and professional.

Nothing, no complaints at all, it was good all around.

The property boasts an exceptional location, proximate to the metro station and area attractions. Front desk staff are fluent in English. The room was satisfactory and comfortable.

The meal quality was suboptimal. A hair was discovered in the fruit, which was reported; however, the staff member merely removed the hair and left the contaminated container on the buffet. Additionally, numerous unsanitary conditions were observed in the buffet's serving area.

There was a nice warm pool. The breakfast was worth paying extra for, a lot of choices with both classical western hotel breakfast and Chinese foods to choose from. Very nice view of the city from the hotel rooms and nice view from the bar and restaurant in the dome highest up. The personnel were kind. Especially when we were drinking tea in the hotel lobby lounge a staff member called Selina was very nice and helpful!

The hotel was a bit old, but still good! The beverages in the skybar were a bit disappointing.

The combination of its convenient location and excellent service provided a positive experience. The hotel's amenities and comfortable accommodations likely contributed to a pleasant stay. Also we would like to thank Germano,from reception for he's great help during our stay.

Central location near the main shopping area and the Bund with easy access to the metro. The room was spacious and clean with complimentary water bottles, coffee and tea. Great value!

It seemed our room hasn't been refurbished recently, however it was still good and comfortable.

Property is located near to Prime location and easy access to Metro station Hotel reception is good with English speaking receptionist. Mr.German has provided informations to explore the things in Shanghai

The front desk service staff. The person name German went above and beyond to make sure our check out was fast and smooth. He was very attentive cordial and answered all our questions.

Extremely nice and professional personal. The manager in charge, Mr. German from Spain helped straightforward - just perfect, Thank you, German!!!

It was close to everything - train station, tourist hop on/hop off bus, Nanjing Road pedestrian district. Great location and excellent facilities in the room. Also very good value for money for the quality of the hotel.
