The executive lounge was next level (literally), the facilities were great and the staff were brilliant. We had a corner room and would highly recommend it as the view is amazing! We booked a king corner, with executive lounge access. The lounge paid for itself as the meal in the evening had so much to it, as did the breakfast. Plus cocktails and drinks in the evening - all included. A great location as well for metro and taxis.

Hotel is very good located near Nanjing Rd (pedestrian street with shopping). Metro station are close. 2 minutes walking. Clean room and good air condition. Big safe for laptop. Every day cleaning and towel change, sometimes twice a day. Nice view from windows. Nice pool (indoor and outdoor). Friendly staff.

We had room with extra bed and breakfast included. On arrival at checking-in extra bed and breakfast was not included. For me it is lack of communication between Booking and hotel. I had to forward my confirmation e-mail from Booking to the hotel manager so that we get an extra bed and to have breakfast included. Hotel wanted extra money for extra bed and breakfast. It is not very pleasant to have that kind of problem and argue with hotel manager after 10 hours flight. Mattress of extra bed was so uncomfortable that it was not possible to sleep on it. Also restaurants in hotel have very short working time (at evening only til 21:00) and thy are not working all day long. Without problems at check-in would rate it 9 out of 10.

It was not the first time I stayed in this hotel. Tory in the reception arranged check-in smoothly, quietly, perfect. It was a nice feel and relax to know I am in "good hands". Localization and view from highest floors is amazing. This time however I faced some complications and presented some claims to the hotel. I appreciate that Leo - Manager on duty has resented understanding and approved my objections, the claims were settled and we enjoyed our stay. Maria in the Executive lounge was like a balsam to heal our hearts and made everything possible to make our stay in the lounge perfect!!!

The location, the clean facilities, the FD, concierge, bell and household staff were all phenomenal. We had to change plans because of the typhoon that hit Taiwan and the concierge took his time to help us make other arrangements. The compassion and care he showed made us feel we were not alone. Unfortunately, I forgot his name but he worked the swing shift and spoke English very well. As did the AM shift concierge that helped us book our van (5 pax and extra luggage) to the airport on short notice. Thank you!!!

The location is one of the best, 10 mins from nanjing road, and probably 20 mins from the Bund. The views from the hotel are spectacular, the hotel is very clean and the staff are super nice and helpful.

The breakfast was good, it was good if the goods were refreshed more often. The waiting time of the elevator in the lobbies is very long.

they could have provided the amenities like toothbrush and cotton buds instead of guest asking for it daily

The front desk staffs are very polite and very helpful especially the Senior Manager Mr Leo with his team. The cafe and Chinese restaurant staffs are prompt to customer requests and helpful. The facilities are basically clean and room services staffs are quick of our request and friendly.

If can revamp the room fittings and features will help to have better occupants likeness.

Convenient location with walking distance to nanjing shopping street , 25 mins walk to the Bund Nice staff and they are very helpful.

The hotel had a long history and furniture is a bit old. I lived here for 3 nights at 58/F and the last night I could heard of some dragging sound of furniture at 1:45 am and it 's quite annoying. They don't have ear plug even I have requested before.
