The hotel location is good + there is Starbucks Coffee next to the hotel, make me happy! The staff is friendly, make me feel welcome and the hotel is comfortable to stay.

English language. It is open to international visitors and so there should be a level of English. This was not easy.

the staff was very friendly and accommodating when needed (and after pushing, see what I didn't like). The location is superb

the room I got the first night was w/o windows ... which is ok BUT the room was more a hot pot than a room. The temperature was extremely high until I couldn't take it any longer. I asked for a different room with a window for the 2nd night and had to pay an additional amount (really ?). After discussing the staff agreed that I'd get it for the same price. This is ... never seen (I am travelling daily for many years and have spent more nights in hotels than at home). The breakfast doesn't have anything for international guests and we are on W Nanjing Road, not in the province !
