- Room smelled like cigarette smoke and couldn’t be sufficiently ventilated. The window wasn’t too big and couldn’t be opened fully. Difficult to get rid of stuffy air.

Fab location and does what it says on the tin - the intercon experience classique

Well that experience has - in many properties been updated - not necessarily in decor but in dynamism and excitement of the offer. This did feel like the end of days / an institution towards the sunset. But comfortable, efficient, warm staff and decent food.

We have been looking for a suitable hotel for a long time and decided on the choice of this hotel. The hotel is magnificent. A large green area, inside which it is quiet and peaceful, you can relax from the hustle and bustle of the city. The staff is friendly, they always helped us at the reception, they upgraded the room category for free, which was much larger than the room we booked. Excellent location near a shopping center with boutiques and a metro station. A variety of breakfasts.

The Club Lounge offered great food and wine choices. Staff were polite but not very engaging. Rooms and outlook are superb. Having a separate Club building is very nice.

Completely understand we were in a non English speaking country but surprised that not many staff had a command of English. Hence, simple communications were difficult at times.

Beautiful estate and garden, great location in the french concession.

Signs of wear and tear, renovation is needed especially in the bathroom and shower. The AC/heating is not working properly, the room was too warm, couldn't get it to the desired temperature.

Quiet location. Excellent breakfast and coffee. Very comfortable bed.

Staff is not speaking English language or speaks it really poor. There were a lot of fingerprints on doors and lockers - hygiene should be better. There were stains on curtains, too.

Amazing location, beautiful spacious room, the hotel grounds has park, bed is super comfortable. They were great to help me reimburse one night i was delayed due flight cancelation. Love love ove

Nothing bad great place

The location, the surroundings, the staff, the meals, the garden, the buildings ... everything! The concierge staff was very kind, informative, and professional. The front desk staff was also very attentive and helpful.

The location is excellent, rooms are spacious and clean, beds are comfortable, the personnel is friendly. I have had wonderful time, can’t wait to come back !

Excellent breakfast and location.

English proficiency of staff was modest. Concierge service was virtually nonexistent. This is absurd for a nominally 5-star hotel
