The young man at the reception was very nice and spoke very good English. The rooms were as we expected and better. The area is just great! Free internet with very good speed. Fully equipped rooms that had everything inside (large fridge, cooking equipment, living room, large desk, even equipment to wash your clothes). Very close to the metro and the convenient Line 2 which takes you directly to almost everywhere in Shanghai.

The location is excellent. Close to Jing’an temple and its subway station. The staff is super nice, very friendly and helpful. The rooms have everything you need including a washing machine. The rooms are old but perfectly clean.

The beds are quite hard (this is common in China and not unique for this hotel). The rooms are a bit old.

We did enjoy our stay at the apartment. The Subway station and the Jing’an temple are 200m away. We got daily free little bottles of water, tea and coffee. The cleaning of the apartment was perfectly done and the laundry service was for free. The kitchen has a big fridge and a microwave. There was only a pan and a pot, and there was not oil, salt or dishwashing liquid. Eating outside was for us cheaper, tastier and faster though ;)

Spacious, clean and staff were very hospitable. Welcome snacks on the first day and tea sets in room. Appreciate free water bottle top ups and room service every day. Value for money.

Smoke from cigarettes smell possibly coming in from the vent but it’s not all the time and was easy to air out

There were less kitchen items than we had experienced at another service apartment.

Excellent location near the Jing An temple and subway station. Clean spacious and comfortable apartment with a great view from the 10th floor. Easy check-in and checkout process.

The original room I booked wasn't great but the upgraded one was good.

Everything- Location, room, staff....ill definitely come back here again with my family and encourage everyone to stay here.
