Very centrally located, room was a comfortable size although was in the 'old hotel' style. The price was good compared to other hotels in Shanghai, however still a lot more expensive than other Chinese cities we stayed in.

The room interior is a bit dated in terms of decor.

We felt like coming home, as we got through the revolving door of the Hotel. Arriving after a long sightseeing tour of Shanghai's summer heat. We had a great sight from the 17th floor at the city. A great, octagonal shaped swimming pool on the 4th. The hotel has three restaurants, the metro station is literally around the corner. A small Lawson store in few meters, a bit ahead, by the Jing'an temple a bigger mall.

We could have used the Atrium Restaurant's dinner buffet table during weekdays, but it's opened only on the weekends. There was no minibar in the room.

Location is near the French concessions area, lots of historic city walk routes nearby, lots of places to eat, super near to subway Jin An Temple station and family mart, comfortable and spacious room with grand city view. The room furniture though a bit dated and bulky but could still feel the grand setting of the hotel.

The staff are not all friendly and kind. Some are cool without smile at the front desk. Those at the concierge are nice and helpful. The cleaning staff on the 28/F is very nice service

Hotel is very close to the Jing'an Temple Metro station where metro lines 2 / 7 / 14 passes through. Metro line 2 takes you to Pudong Internal Airport at one end and Hongqiao Railway Station/Airport Terminal at the other end. Location is super convenience. Staff are friendly, and they handle online shipment and stored luggage well. Room is spacious.

Maybe a microwave in the room would be useful, although you can ask the hotel staff to heat up your food if needed.

The location is great, next to a metro station, which makes it easy to move around the whole city. The rooms are spacious, the beds are big and comfortable, and the view of the Bund is amazing, especially at night. The service was impeccable, we had an issue with our room (it smelled like smoke) and they upgraded us to a higher floor immediately.

The original room we booked had a pungent smell. When we told the front desk, they immediately changed our room and upgraded us. We did not get breakfast because the price was exorbitant. The swimming pool is also not a very relaxing space, and the jacuzzi is separated by gender.

Our stay in Kunlun Jing'An was, simply put, amazing. The overall look of the hotel is wonderful, the rooms were large and comfortable and the location of the hotel was very convenient - right next to a metro station, convenient stores and shopping malls. The staff took care of us very well and we were especially touched by the kindness of Stella, Niko, BoBo and Christina. Whenever we needed anything, they were readily available to assist us. The executive lounge of the hotel fulfilled all of our needs and we enjoyed spending time there while having snacks and drinks. We were also impressed by the effective attitude of the cleaning staff, as they were always making sure that our rooms were impeccable. Overall, the hotel provided us with a great place to rest and enjoy our stay in Shanghai.

Hotel has well equippd gym and indoor sweeming pool on floor 4. Did not use the dinner ara for breakfast as in the mornings I eat very little, however apart of the pod coffe machine in the room, at the loby there is a freshel baked pastery counter offring also salads and coffee at reasonable price. There is a Shanghai tube station next to the hotel, very convenyent, cheapest and fastest way to travel in Shanghai.

In China many still smoke, oposit the enterance there is a place for smokers, however during my sta it was raining for days. For those customers that wish to smoke, maybe the hotel should provide a sheltered place with benches or chairs.

very clean and well-maintained, making for a comfortable stay. The view of Jing An Temple from the room was absolutely stunning. It was centrally located, which made exploring Shanghai incredibly convenient. Overall, it was a great choice for both comfort and location.

The pool was quite small, so it wasn’t ideal for doing proper laps. I was also disappointed that there was no outdoor pool to enjoy during the hot summer months.

Excellent location. Wonderful window views. The pool. Clean room. Spacious room. Good sound insulation.

Front desk staff were friendly but not familiar with their work: they had a very difficult time reading our passports; they did not understand the difference between debit and credit cards. The safe box in our room didn’t work well, need some maintenance.
