Everything was perfect during our one week stay. Location was great with multiple department stores(Jiali Zhongxin/ Jiu guang) supermarket can be found at basement of the department stores. Lots of good restaurants in walking distance. The Jinan Temple and the Jinan park were worth to visit. Subway is 1 min walking distance. Taxi is not expensive either:) Besides the location, the doorman(manager?) was very attentive, checked in was smooth. The high light was the breakfast! Most dishes changed everyday and everything was so delicious! Shout out go the manager(female with shorthair) and the staff Yoyo, they were really nice and helpful! Room was huge enough, price was reasonable. Will definitely be back again:)

We had a pleasant stay at this hotel, thanks largely to the warm and helpful service provided by the staff. In particular, Ethan Gong, who went extra miles to assist us wen we encountered issues with our food delivery. His dedication and willingness to help really made a difference and left a strong impression on us. During breakfast, F&B staff, YoYo Meng was especially attentive, ensuring guests were well taken care of. Her professionalism and friendly demeanor added a positive touch to our morning. While the room interior felt a little dated, it was clean, tidy and well maintained, which made for a comfortable stay overall. Location wise, the hotel is conveniently situated with easy access to nearby attractions, shops and dining options.

All the staff were very attentive, well mannered and have a good knowledge of the English language, something that struck me from day one. Be it houskeeping, breakfast, reception, concierge everybody was helpful and excellent in their respective duties. I needed to rent a room to hold a two hour meeting with three people but i was only offered a large board room which was too expensive to consider. Location is prime and room price is reasonable, In general I had a pleasant stay and I thank you all for making it pleasant. I shall not hesitate to recommend this Hotel especially if you are attending a fair at the exhibition centre.

This place is in a fantastic location, the metro is Jing’an Temple which is right next door (under an underpass under the road). That metro line will get you to both airports and all sorts of other places of interest easily and cheaply. There is a small park on the opposite corner that has buskers and some markets. The staff were nice, room was nice, we had a great view out the window to the intersection below. Bed was very comfortable.

Bathroom (and therefore entire room) constantly had that smell when the water level of the toilet gets too low and one night we came back and our whole room smelled of cigarettes that had come through some kind of vent I think.

The location was excellent! It made travelling to the airport very easy. The room was very good too. However, air conditioning was not available and with the room temperature registering 26C, it was very warm for me; in fact, I was perspiring. The hotel staff explained that air conditioning was not available in autumn and had a standing fan brought to my room, which helped just a tad. The standing fan could not rotate and I didn’t have the heart to raise this to the staff. The breakfast was good. One staff member - Ms Shirley Ma - went out of her way to address guests at breakfast and stopped to chat (making them feel welcome) with me. I notice that she spoke to a few other guests too. Good ambassador for the hotel!

The lack of air conditioning which made my time in the room to be somewhat uncomfortable.

the location is exceptional, walking distance to main center attractions and malls, and easy to get taxi or direction, since it's next to Jing'An Temple; all the staff was very helpful and patience, as I was on business my schedule was tight, but they were always welcoming me even in the middle of the night; the room was beautifully decorated and clean, with a stunning view!

I didn't ask in advance, and in one part of the room there is a carpet, and my eyes are intolerant to it; however with some special eyedrops i could still enjoy it!

Location - this hotel is really very convenient - it is about 200m from the Jing'an Temple Metro Line 14 Exit 15, it is really near the metro - there is so much to do around the area aside from the temple, there's so much food options and malls as well - it is easy to walk to the former french concession areas such as ulumuqi road, wukang road Room - amazing room, well maintained - very spacious - very clean - had plenty of plugs for charging electronics - bed was comfortable - windows were very clean (goes to show that they dont skimp on housekeeping) - water pressure was very good, water was very hot as well (amazing for winter) Service - amazing service, very helpful, tended to all our requests and queries sufficiently and quickly - i happened to order a ton of taobao goods, the management and staff aided me by collecting the parcels and assisting with sending it up to my room on a daily basis despite the volume - on the last day after checking out, the manager helped us with directing the cab towards the hotel lobby (because road leading to the lobby is a little bit hidden from the main road). Because of the number of bags we had, the manager had the staff help us with the luggage and brought it down on the bellhop trolley - the room service was daily and done very well

The location is perfect, with a taxi stand outside (if u have heavy luggages and the taxi stops at the taxi stand, u can ask the taxi to go abit further in front and turn right to alight u at the lobby.) their service is impeccable - they give the feeling that they really care for customer service. Their room is also elegant and spacious. My family has some cigarettes smell in one of their rooms though, advised to open the window to air it out.

I didn’t have problem with cigarette smell but another room complained of slight cigarette smell.
