-very friendly staff (Evinson in reception exceptionally helpful and kind!) -delicious a la carte restaurants -very well kept gardens and beautiful structure and swimming pools - very comfortable beds and spacious rooms -night show was amazing -shuttles to cartagena -private beach -animation

-noisy air conditioning system - not newly refurbished - not all staff can speak English (however they are all eager to help) -the beach is clean, the temperature of the water is amazing, but because the resort is close to a city and the sea it is quite shallow don't expect crystal clear water

Everything was included, convenient, and tranquil. It removed the stress from having to plan or even think. We just relaxed.

It would have been easier if the "snack hours" (meaning the food available at times when actual meals were not being served) were posted because they were not consistent day to day.

Beach: hotel occupation was low so we could enjoy always having available beach seats and tents, the beach was almost empty and clean. Pool: nice pools and ambience Restaurants: nice variety of food, plenty of snacks, always good options of healthy choices (salads, fruits, juices with no sugar)

Gym: It was really in a bad shape, didn't look clean and machines looked old and not well maintained Room: little things didn't know and require better maintenance: AC is very noisy, there are constant sewers smells at the bathroom, blocked drains on the sink and shower faucet were also broken. We had all that on our room. Cafe at the resting pool: there were never available snacks or drinks for free, even a cappuccino had to be taken with a fee. Beach bar: wasn't open due to low accommodation so we had to walk to the main bar to take drinks, which can be painful during very warm and sunny days.

This was an absolutely excellent resort stay! The check in process was very quick and very easy. All the staff was so nice. The all inclusive experience is top tier. They have a great buffet breakfast, the bar moved quickly and made great drinks, the restaurants where you had to make reservations (still included) had amazing food. The buffet had great food as well if you didn’t have reservations. The pools were big and cleaned often. I cannot say enough but how much enjoyed my stay here. I highly recommend it.

It doesn’t matter to me, but I can foresee how other guests may be put off by the animals at the resort. However, for the most part the hotel pets stay out of the way. There is one dog, Kendra who is the sweetest dog. Lots of the pets don’t come up to you, they’re just there. There are also a lot of birds at this resort that are up to typical bird shenanigans lol - just shoo them away.

The junior suite is huge and it can accommodate up to 5 people, with a separate room with a king bed. The location is very quiet and you can relax. The pools are very nice and refreshing. The staff is very kind

The food wasn’t bad but it could be a better kind of sorting, especially at the buffet restaurant. The Italian, grill and typical restaurant were good

1. There should be more offered in the all-inclusive package, i.e. only black coffee was included in the cafeteria, whilst other very common drinks like cappuccino, lattes, etc., were only offered as additional cost. 2. No availability of any water sports equipment. 3. The gym was temporary arranged in an events room, with few equipment and no towels or tissues for cleaning.

good spaces, good food

the beach has a VIP area and for accessing each guest should pay additional to the fee (this VIP area in the beach doesn’t have anything different from the other) - no reason go it to be there, also if they have VIP access & services they should inform that to the guests in the check in

The food could have tasted better, but the variety of the food was good I just thought that the food would be more flavorful. the pool was out of this world. the beach was gorgeous.

The pools were a great family friendly experience. Beach was steps away from the resort. There were plenty of options at the buffet. Loved that you could get fresh beach towels throughout the day.

There wasn't always toilet paper in all the stalls in the bathrooms near the pools, these could have been refilled more often. Also when we were leaving there was construction in the reception area so we had to detour around it and that path wasn't covered so we go soaked from the rain.
