The main pool it’s not in good condition I cut my hand with the tiles.

Everything was perfect for me, from the room cleaning staff to the manager, friendly and helpful, thank you all for your hospitality! Perfect food, delicious breakfast, lots of varied food. The pool is large and the pool bar is excellent. Good beach bar, private area, no one bothers. I had all inclusive and that's the best, hotel bar, pool bar, beach bar everywhere. The beach side was nice too, not as much vendors or anything like on Bocagrande beach. 20 minutes by taxi to the city center. I will definitely return to this hotel next time. Thank you Meliá!

All was perfect!

Experience was great. I would highly recommend! A couple of things to consider. It is about 30 mins from city center and the historic district so plan on taking cabs, uber or driving around if you're up for the experience. The spa on site is awesome! A one hour message ran about $55 with tip. As for food, I would say that the breakfast is the best. Lunch and dinner are okay. But overall, the staff is super friendly and very attentive so if you want service, you definitely get it here! Again - I would definitely go back!

The staff were very friendly, food was mostly very good, the lady who helped booked tours seemed lovely too.

The music absolutely everywhere, it might be for some people, it wasn't for me, by the pool, at the beach, in the bar, in the the corridors, in the restaurant there was always music playing and it was maddening trying to find peace and quiet, especially with the bar on the balcony side of the room so the rooms noisy in the evenings, and then the construction on the other side of the roomeaning its also loud all day as well.

Staff friendliness. Room cleanliness, and Hotel in general.

Not having a shuttle service at night to the city. It would be good to have one shuttle at night to the city and another one late night to the hotel form the city. (even if we have to pay for the night shuttle) I would do it gladly. Taxis are not safe in the city at night, and the rate is super high because the Hotel is far away. So, we did not go out at night to the city becase of this. We had great time though, but to get 10 points I would add that shuttle night service.

There is a lot of construction around the resort. Our room was at the end towards the beach, so the noise wasn't an issue. We ate in the restaurant each evening (which was fantastic!), the buffet wasn't open. The large pool is in the main part of the hotel, the small pool was in the restaurant next to the beach.

It does need some TLC, but they were working on it everyday.

Great location and nice pool and restaurants especially the fish restaurant were very good.

The property has lots of little things that need fixing - and there was small evidence of mould in shower and tile work was broken . The staff don’t speak much English- however they tried hard. Service levels are a little slow.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful at all times. The pool side activities allowed me the opportunity to meet other travelers. That was a hidden gem !!!

I have no complaints about the property. My experience from check in, to check out was excellent.

The staff was superior although they were short staffed. The breakfast was good and the bartenders were excellent.

Getting fresh towels was a problem. Housekeeping was a little slow as they were short staffed.
