Great staff, very informative about everything concerning the hotel and the surroundings, cosy rooms with everything you might need: even the fridge was stuffed with any sort of drinks at the same price than in the main hall. Nice small swimming pool. Location was about 30 minutes walk to the centre but only 14 minutes to the airport so we could just walk to and from the hotel: very convenient to avoid waiting for a taxy. Breakfast was not that abundant but sufficient and very tasty! I would reccomend it!

Careful with the bracelet they put on you on arrival: I scratched myself twice while showering in my cheek and in my arm, but if you remember you are wearing it there shouldn't be any issue with it.

The staff was always helpful and friendly, they gave us very good recommendations to know the city and the attractions near by. The hotel facilities were very clean. The manager was very focus on us having a good experience all the time.

Breakfast was good, but they could improve in options, perhaps unlimited coffee and fruit will be a good idea.

- The double bed was uncomfortable as the mattress was very soft and the bed seemed smaller than an average double bed - Night staff didn't seem to communicate very well with day staff. For example, after booking a tour through the hotel, we enquired if we could have breakfast before the start of the tour and night staff offered sandwiches, however day staff did not seem aware of this at all. Luckily, they made us an early breakfast, but it was still later than agreed and we had to rush before our tour - The internet signal was very bad in the room (no.6, beside the pool).

Owners and staff are great people, very friendly, always trying to make sure your stay is comfortable. They'll take care of "any" concerns if they can, you'll feel secure. I'll go back again!!

Everything was fine, you can buy drinks, sodas, and other stuffs at the reception but me personally hope they consider getting an ice maker machine for cold beverages or water when guests are thirsty specially at night when the kitchen is closed.

This was a great find! I only stayed one night before heading to the airport (it's very close to the airport) but would have easily stayed longer. The room was SUPER clean, bathroom very clean, great water pressure, working AC. The breakfast in the morning was great and the staff was nice. It's only a short taxi ride to the historic district if you want to go into town. It was very quiet at night and I slept well. Happy I was able to spend my last night in Cartagena here.

Simplicity and perfection! Spotlessly clean, well-managed, great little pool! I needed to find a place to stay for one night when I realized the hostel my friend chose was WAY too crowded for my taste, and Mar de Indias came up as a nearby option. I arrived late, 10:30 PM, but Shy my host was very kind and very patient in checking me in. She helped me so much by being observant - my home SIM card fell out when I was providing my Colombia number, and she had seen this, and calmly said "I think it is inside of your purse. Please look inside your purse." Sure enough, the tiny little chip card was there. Then in the morning, I was overjoyed with a tasty breakfast of eggs, juice and toast with cheese and ham, PLUS the hostess specially made hot cocoa for me, because I can't drink coffee. I dipped my feet in the pool after my meal and considered myself one lucky traveler for finding this gem!

My room had no windows - which was actually PERFECT for me - I love a quiet, dark room to sleep - but they have other rooms by the pool with more light, so please choose accordingly.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Pool was enjoyable, the rooms were simple but nice, AC worked well. Close to the airport with restaurants nearby.

Wifi was a bit spotty, but not too bad. You need to take an Uber to get to the old part of town, but the hotel was quieter than if we had stayed in town.
