Overall, we really enjoyed the hotel. The rooftop pool was by far our favorite area of the hotel. We enjoyed a few drinks and sunset dinners up there. The hotel is also really close to the airport, and about 10-15 minutes away from the ancient city by taxi.

I guess the service overall could've been better. Also, the area where the hotel is located is apparently a little sketchy, and even the hotel employees told us to be careful of robbers getting in and out of taxis and to NOT walk around that area.

The location is very comfortable near the airport and it's close to the downtown with a taxi. The staff is very nice, helpful and friendly. The area was overall not too noisy and when we had complaints about our neighbours, the receptionist and security handled it professionally and quickly. The room was cozy, frequently cleaned and we were given an ocean view unit due to our longer stay. The restaurant and bar offers tasty and affordable local and international dishes. The top floor swimming pool is very cozy and had a great view on the city especially at night. All the facilities in general are well kept and maintained, they're cleaning very often. There's a tour desk on the first floor which is very convenient if you're planning some trips. Booking is easy and straightforward.

The staff is very helpful, but not many of them can speak English.

Excellent place to stay. Within walking distance of the airport and the beach. The rooftop pool was really nice with amazing views of the coast and the city. Their breakfast was great. Their restaurant was also really delicious and their salmon was amazing. Staff were super friendly. There is a really good Mexican place right around the corner and other really good restaurants very close by. Would definitely stay here again.

It is a little far from the main city but taxis are plentiful and inexpensive and can get you to the city center in 10 minutes.

The breakfast was filling and pretty standard each day. The food served on the rooftop was absolutely delicious. Some options weren’t always available (which is absolutely fine), but definitely try as many things as possible. The eggplant croquettes were super delicious! The staff were mostly very nice and helpful. The hotel was very close to the airport so it was very easy for arrival and departure.

Not really an issue, but something to be aware of - when you arrive to the hotel after a certain time, the doors are locked for safety purposes, but someone is always there to open it for you (just knock on the glass to grab their attention if they aren’t already looking up).

It is very important that it the foreign hotels. Hilton really need to have people at the front desk. Who can speak english and Spanish when people travel to foreign country? That does not mean that they could speak that language again. Hilton really needs to have bilingual. People at the front receptionist desk. This is the only thing I was disappointed with. The language barrier was very difficult.I thank god for translator on the phone.

Hilton really need to have bilingual people at the receptionist desk. I was very disappointed with that. No one spoke english end, Katina. Or Kelly, that is not good again. Hilton really need to have bilingual people. At the receptionist deaths, not everyone who visit foreign countries can speak that language. That does not mean that people who cannot speak that language should not travel.. I thank Jehovah, God for the translator on the phone. This is what made my trip most difficult.

The property was very clean Very attentive staff I was sick of my stomach the next morning I was there but it had nothing to do with the hotel. Once we went for breakfast I told the staff from the breakfast place I was feeling bad of my stomach and one of the staff from the kitchen I forgot her name was so attentive and made me a chamomile tea and even took it to my table. We also told her it was our sons birthday and she prepared a little personal cake for him with Happy Birthday on it. That was amazing and so heart warming. Would definitely return

The location is close to the airport and only 10-15mins away from Borcagranda. The housekeeping staff are great they made sure my room was nice and clean everyday! with fresh towels in the bathroom. The price is good and the rooms have balcony and there is a rooftop pool.

Fellas, every "GUESTS" you bring to your hotel room, you have pay $50 USD on the spot. Keep this in mind when booking this hotel. Staff were not friendly like before, and not attentive to guests need. They have a bar on the first floor with no bartender there, every time I went to order a drink I had to stand there and wait 10-20 mins for someone to show up and ask me what I want. Why have a bar if no bartender is going to be behind it...I came back to this hotel because the service was good the first time I stayed. I don't think I will be back. I like the hotel but the staff need to do better and service needs to be better. Every time I wanted something I had to walk downstairs and ask. There was front desk number in the room for me to call to ask for something.

Breakfast was fantastic, the 13 floor restaurant was Greta vibe, nice view, good music and great food.

The only issue we had was the last night, that unfortunately there was a very loud neighbor who played hyper loud music from 1am to 4am… music was so loud that it seems to be played next room.. but it was actually in one house nearby. So location seems to be good but this issue make me think again

The property is amazing! The rooms are clean and spacious, super well located, close to the center of Cartagena but you avoid the night noise from parties here; it’s like a 5min ride to Getsemani or San Diego- The food is great, great breakfast buffet and drinks, they even have laundry service and pool is lovely, they have a small store downstairs with arts and artisan products from native Colombians and also a tours office with amazing and SAFE offers for the best experience. Definitely coming back! Gracias Cami, Mateo, Oneya, Franklin, Dani, Katherine, Karen, Galia, and everyone who made our stay absolutely 5 stars!!

Nothing! Everything is great

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel, on my previous review I mentioned breakfast and I am happy to say it was greatly improved. I traveled with my family and our experience was top notch. Sandra, Katherine, Camila, Jonathan and the rest of the staff went out of their way to make our stay one to never forget. I will come back!

There was one incident with my baby grandson: he fell backwards on a wet floor. While we know this was on us for not staying closer to him, we do recommend signage to be put up after mopping. This was not done on this instance.
