The staff was great and the rooms were clean. The water pressure was good with a rainfall showerhead. I loved the rooftop restaurant and the proximity to the beach (about a 5-minute walk). Using the umbrellas they have reserved was easy and is very affordable. It was only a 12-15 minute taxi ride into the old town, so that made coming and going quite easy. And it's not far from the airport either (but not at all noisy).

Some of the furniture was a little worn out, and the shower faucet was a little hard to turn off. Minor inconveniences in the grand scheme of things.

We liked the staff, they we extremely friendly and help full! The lady's in the restaurant they were lovely and also the gentleman at the front desk

We didn't like how close the rooms were to each other, we were able to listen the AC going on on the room next door, also when the neighbors were shutting or opening the door it was very loud . We also didn't like there was no cash out options at the hotel knowing there are ATM's around, it would be a plus for the hotel

The breakfast was great! Included fruit, unlimited coffee, eggs, bread with butter and jam spread, and a natural juice. Maria Claudia was the break fast cook and host. The sweetest, kind, and proper lady. Excellent customer service skills and very attentive to our needs. Also Jesus in the reception desk, was very kind, attentive to our every need. Both of them made the stay so much special with their sweet and excellent customer service.

There was not much not to like but rather like about the place. Some suggestion, some tiles were loose around the bathroom entrance, and the door to the bathroom of the room was hard to close. Other than that nothing but a great experience at the hotel.

The hotel has a decent location from the old town and walled city. Excellent, friendly, attentive staff. The breakfast was pretty good. Close to the beach.

Any wall art in the rooms would help the ambiance. Also, there weren't any lamps on the nightstands so that should be considered because some people love to read, and the central light is not so good to be used at night while reading.

The room was very spacious and even though the room description was a double room, the bed was king sized. The hotel was not too far from the beach, although we did not actually spend much time at the beach during our time in Cartagena. The hotel is also within walking distance to the Walled City.

The included breakfast option was very basic. It was just two slices of toast and fruit, along with coffee or a glass of juice. I would probably not pay extra for this option as we still ended up buying more food for breakfast after we would leave the hotel. When we went out for the day, we had to give the receptionist our room key so they could clean the room. That was a little different than what I am used to, but we got our key back as soon as we returned.

-Bed and room were comfortable with among others a balcony, tv, kettle and airconditioning -Decent bathroom with very good+warm shower -WiFi worked well in the room -Nice rooftop area + restaurant -Close to the beach + you can use chairs+beach umbrella’s and order drinks for reasonable prices (and have it added to your hotel bill) -As the hotel is at the beach, it’s out of the town center, but it’s easy and cheap to take an Uber to the old town -I could pay with creditcard without extra charge -Friendly staff -Check out at 13:00😃

Lovely roof top which was a nice setting for breakfast each morning.

Lovely that there was a balcony however no chairs or table on said balcony. We asked 3 times for 1 chair as there is already 1 plastic one in the room and was told yes, but a chair never came, the 3rd time asking was told no we could not have a chair :’)

All workers are very nice. They always try to my requests as much as possible. I appreciated.

I extended my stay one more night. Every time asked the price for that, they said slightly different price. And when I pay for that, slightly higher than I informed…. It is not big deal, but little bit not happy. Otherwise I satisfied.

The aircon was top notch which you really need in tropical Cartagena. Very nice staff and a good breakfast on the open terrace at the top of the hotel. The owner/manager "Jimmy" takes a real interest in making guests feel welcome.

The desk and chair in the room were very basic and uncomfortable to use for any length of time.

Very close, packed with refreshments, food was prepared very quickly, charging ports are EVERYWHERE I appreciated that. There was more than sufficient space even thou it’s small but it fits perfectly for a solo traveler. Mirror placement was everything. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The main entrance stayed close at all times with lock and key.

I was of the belief there was a pool area here but none in sight. I didn feel 100% secure with the lock on the front door. the fridge was a tad bit too low.
