The location of the place is very good. 7 minutes to the airport and around 10 to the city center. The common areas and the pool are nice, the beach is right in front of the building so if you want to enjoy a beach day, you just have to walk 2 minutes

The hotel charged $50.000 COP for giving the room/apartment clean. I was never informed of this charge so I talked to the management and they reembolse the money. This should be included in the total price or tell the people in advance. The apartments/rooms are news so the smell of concrete is pretty strong.

The location is amazing. It is right across from Marbella beach and close to the Cartagena sign. We had a room with a view and it was well worth it! It was an apartment with a bedroom, living space and a kitchen. The restaurant upstairs and the swimming pools were amazing. Great way to unwind. The bar / restaurant upstairs is good (we only had beers). The restaurant downstairs has good coffee and breakfast. We are a short uber ride to the walled city which made it easy to go there almost everyday. We are also a short distance to Ara (grocery store) if you want to buy something cheap and have it in your room.

I wouldn’t call it dislike but we had to get adjusted to two things. The check-in process was slow. We had mentioned that we will be arriving earlier than 3pm and yet the room was not ready. However, the front desk person was very accommodating when we wanted to change rooms. The second thing to get adjusted is the road noise. We are right on a busy road that has a lot of traffic for most part of the day. It does quiet down after 11pm but something to keep in mind.

Hotel Review This hotel is beautifully modern, with a stylish design and a convenient location. The overall cleanliness was decent, though we did notice several stray hairs in different areas of the room, which was a bit off-putting. The suite was well-equipped with a handy kitchenette and two neat bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. While the bathrooms were clean and functional, the shower design was less practical, as water splashed in all directions during use, often leaving the toilet area wet. This may be due to the shower space being somewhat small. The staff provided good service—polite and professional, though not overly enthusiastic, which suited us just fine. One of the best features of the hotel is its proximity to the beach. It’s located directly across the street, which makes it convenient for swimming and relaxing by the sea. However, crossing the road can be tricky, as it is quite busy, but with patience, it’s manageable. Overall, we had a pleasant stay here and would happily return in the future. The location near the beach and the comfort of the rooms made it a great choice for our trip.

We had a great stay at Bondo Estudio! The 1-bedroom apartment was clean and had a lovely view, making it a comfortable space to relax. One of the highlights was the coffee place and the rooftop pool—both were absolutely amazing and added so much to our experience. Overall, it’s a beautiful place with great amenities, but better soundproofing and more attentive service would make it even better!

A downside was the thin walls. You can hear everything from the neighboring rooms, which made it difficult to sleep, especially for anyone using the sofa bed. We mentioned this issue to Andrea at the reception, but unfortunately, nothing was done about it, which was disappointing.

This was the best stay of our travels. The staff were great, it’s perfectly located on the seafront and a 25 min walk into town. If you didn’t want to walk there are taxi’s around all the time for $2 into town. I have nothing but good things to say for this place and we would definitely recommend it. We had the apartment and even the kitchen was well equipped. The communication on WhatsApp was excellent too and speedy responses to all questions.

The only downside was the quality of wine in the rooftop bar (First world problems I realise). We just took our own the next day. This really is a minor thing as the whole stay was fantastic.

The apartment we stayed in was very spacious and had everything we needed for a 3 night stay. There is a great cafe downstairs that does tasty breakfast dishes, although service can be a little slow and items run out quickly so you need to go early. The building was great, rooftop pools were the highlight with great views. The bartenders by the pool were fantastic and made tasty drinks - it's one of the only places in Cartagena where we could find proper Prosecco! Apartment was convenient for us as both rooms had ensuite bathrooms which allowed fro privacy when staying with parents. It is a little walk to the walled city but taxis are fairly cheap so wasn't an issue for us. Staff were accommodating and helpful in answering questions and resolving any issues.

The slow service of the cafe on the ground floor and dishes running out before breakfast time was over - however this does seem to be an independent cafe to the accommodation.

Spacious apartment with a well equipped kitchen. Very clean, stylish design. Well located, walking distance to shops and 25 min walk to the old town. Far enough from things that it's nice and quiet at night. Pools were great and well maintained.

Noise from interconnecting room, poor soundproofing for this. Given the location a fitness centre or gym in the building would take it to the next level as there aren't any within walking distance. Laundry service is quite expensive.

The location is excellent right in front of the beach although you must cross quite a busy road ( no crosswalk) to get to the beach. The café downstairs was great and the rooftop bar was nice too. The rooftop overall was excellent.. I kinda liked the all concrete,sort of an "industrial" style of the accomodations but would add/fix a few things. I would stay there again.

The lack of TV in the living room felt strange. The TV is only in the bedroom. The bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan and has no shower curtains or a separating glass so the water from the shower can spray outside of the shower area. The night "stand" is a tiny tiny thing and fits only limited number of small things like a watch, a phone, etc.

Bondo is located right across the road from the beach. Cute little café in the lobby and the rooftop pool and bar are super convenient and make the stay even more comfortable. Location was a 20-min walk to the old city which was safe and limited use of car service.

Our room had an issue with ants. One the day of our arrival the staff did come to clean the room again for us but the day after we started to see them again. They were in an isolated area and also on the bedding in the common room which raised concern of bringing ants back in our luggage.

The staff at the property were very friendly and helpful. There is a cafe located on the ground floor in the lobby which is very convenient and minutes walk to a nearby supermarket and pharmacy. The apartment is also situated right across the road from Marbella Beach. I enjoyed relaxing on the rooftop where the pool is located and access to a rooftop bar as well. Special mention and thanks to Richard the bartender and Jaime the receptionist who checked me in. Both were very friendly and welcoming. The apartment has 24hr security also.

We had a connecting room and you can hear your neighbours move around next door during the day and in the evening. Unfortunately we had serious case of bed bug bites from staying here. My friend and I have bites all over our legs. Quite disappointing.
