Good location, pretty close to main bits. Nice breakfast. Good view from balcony and friendly staff.

The pool was really small, the cleaning service was coming late about 5pm which isn’t great and meant it wasnt cleaned couple days as we were tend to go out in morning and come back to rest and get ready at 4pm. The rooms had some mould and cracks.

Room was clean with comfortable beds. Convinient location. Across the street from beach area and a few blocks from CARTAGENA letters. Breakfast was delicious. Entire staff provided great customer service. I'd stay there again.

No hot water...just so you know.... and I had a little trouble with doorknob in my room.

The staff are super nice and helpful. All of them. THE beach across the street is ok. All the turgoiuse beaches are an hour away. Close to everything tourist like to see. The staff will help with transport and where to buy supplies without paying too much. I like the lady selling tours at the desk she is nice.

Beds are kinda stiff but I had enough pillows to make another bed lol.

the hotel is pretty close to the beach, you only need to cross the road, there is a swimming pool available at the property

the beds are not confortable, there is no hot water on the shower, as the weather was very warm, it was not a big issue. there is not frigobar available

The location is very good in front of the beach. The employees were very friendly and helpful. I loved the breakfasts.

The Food was delicious! The staff was very friendly and helpful. Excellent location very convenient to the walled city. There was an issue with our room but they were quick to move us to a different room. Great service.

The building itself can use some TLC. The walls could use a bit of paint and the big terrace on the 4th floor could use some chairs.

Friendly courteous staff. Great location 10 min walk past Nunez house museum to main gate to Ciudad Vieja. Relaxing pool courtyard and filling breakfast. Beach directly across the street( skill required to cross quickly to avoid heavy traffic.—near airport. Very good price.

Door kept jamming to my room. Staff always helped and were kind.

Good room, clean with comfty beds and AC. Bkf is good and staff helpful. Good value for a clean and spacious room.

Being outside the center walking back and forth is an option but not that near. There r no restaurants around or anyway little option. Walking to the city center during the night feels a bit unsafe. Being 1km from the old town it's easily manageable anyway. The road next to the hotel has plenty of traffic.

great hotel, near everything but far from the noise and the traffic! beautiful sunset at the beach in front of the hotel free towels that we can take to the beach and bring back. laundry options and great breakfast! the staff was incredible

the shower was with a problem and took me a while to wash my hair after the beach lol but nothing that compromises the place

Staff we're incredibly friendly and attentive. Breakfast was huge and delicious. The location is perfect, right across from the beach and also just twenty minutes from the center.

In the heavy rain part of the hotel got very wet. There was even a leak in our room.
