Very nice hotel (I thought the pictures were 3D-rendering but the hotel actually really looks like on the pictures). The restaurant was good, the breakfast was great, the cocktails in Biblioteca were inspiring :)

The pool was closed for an entire day, a bit disappointing. Also the beach is a wild beach.

The hotel has a nice boutique feel to it. The check in process and hospitality was excellent. The only snafu was that one of the rooms was registered by the hotel in another family members name and that resulted in some emails back and forth. The location is close enough to the old town but not in it, that worked well for us. The rooftop terrace had a nice vibe too

Taxi’s could be a bit cumbersome to get so perhaps greater frequency of the shuttle (currently runs once an hour). The pool deck ran out of towels. Not sure if that was a one of occurrence or happens more frequently. I thought the cocktails on the roof deck (at least the margarita was passable. The bartender was very helpful in trying to improve it, but it could still do with improvement.

From check in to check out every person I came into contact with that worked for the hotel was amazing!!! The names I remember are: Oscar, Wilmar, Dawis, Steven, and Yercelis. They all made my birthday trip extremely special. I appreciated the ease of booking transportation from the front desk. the breakfast was amazing! located extremely close to everything.

We only stayed one night instead of the three we booked due to the continuous rain at the oceanfront hotel. Negotiated a two night charge and two night credit for nights already charged. I have not seen that credit on my credit card yet.

Boutique hotel right outside the old city. Loved the pool and staff. The concierge helped us make all of our dinner reservations and outings. Rooms are very clean and modern. Great place to watch sunset and have drinks.

Wonderful hotel, lovely staff willing to help and accommodate, absolutely delicious breakfast every day. I looked forward to getting up for breakfast. When we had an issue, the staff quickly and professionally took care of it. Clean, comfortable, and cool rooms, a nice place to rest when tired from walking around humid Cartagena.

Try to get a room far away from the outdoor pool/bar area on the 3rd floor. Our room was across from the bar and booming music was played multiple times a week till 2am. The best rooms are way in the back of the hotel, by the neighborhood street, otherwise you'll also hear loud traffic in the morning. We had a loud-sex neighbor who ruined a couple nights sleep for us, but we explained everything to the staff and they moved us. I think that was an outlier incident.

Breakfast was very good. I liked being outside the walled city because it was quieter but close enough.

Shower pressure could have been stronger but that’s minor.

The location is very good - close to the airport and just outside the old city. The room is big and very clean. One of the best breakfast I had in Colombia- a lot of fresh fruit. The WiFi is fast. The swimming pool is not big but enough for a short relax during the day. The staff was polite and helpful. I received a bottle of white wine as a compliment, which was a nice surprise.
