Overall the hotel is a nice place to stay. It is always clean and the staff is very nice.
My husband and I did not like that booking showed us a price at the time we made the reservation, but when paying at the hotel, they charged us 19% more. We believe that this should be specified on the booking page. We always book through Booking and it is the first time this has happened to us.

There was a main road closure while I was travelling with my parents. Quickly booked and got rooms without trouble. You saved my life. The style of the hotel is modern and practical, facilities are clean even while undergoing upgrades. The breakfast was a complete semi-buffet in a place with a great view.
You cannot park in front of the hotel while you check in.

The room was super nice and breakfast was delightful! Safe garage and awesome location. Check out time was great!
I stayed with my fiance and they charged an extra fee for a second guest - we didn't expect it

The breakfast in the terrace was great. Also there are some great restaurants nearby. Worthy place to stay.

Very comfortable rooms and friendly staff
Although we do speak some Spanish it’s a pitty that none of the staff members speaks English in a hotel like F25. It’s a bit noisy next to a busy street but that slows down during the night

Just GREAT! I loved pretty much everything about this hotel. Its perfectly located whitin Ibagué city, close to the main avenues, a lot of commerce nearby, really easy to move from there. The facilities were fantastic! I was really comfortable at all time.

The room was quite comfortable. The staff was friendly. Wifi was good enough to hold video conference.
Light was not enough for two people to work at night. Another lamp to use while working in bed, could have helped.
