Free inside parking and relatively easy ♿ access after having a minor knee surgery. The staff were very friendly and helpful with my extra needs. I was on crutches and needed a little extra help. Simple breakfast included was a bonus, a little heavy on carbs as arepas are popular for breakfast in the region. I had someone stay with me for three of my 5 days, to help me after the surgery, so the parking garage was handy. The staff were flexible, being so kind as to cook me a couple of hardboiled eggs, instead of the scrambled eggs with ham. Juice, coffee, and sweet hot chocolate :) pharmacy and food options across the street as well as a mall 5-10 minutes away on foot. The location is close to the regional highway and other main roads. For relaxed open space nearby there are three options about ten minutes on foot from the hotel. The newer River park with its quaint pizza, ice cream, and coffee shops, touristic Pueblito Paisa with typical lunch options and inexpensive souvenir shops plus a lookout platform, and last but not least a nice large outdoor sports complex. PS Having a mini fridge in the room was nice as well as a vanity mirror with a mini desk was helpful. All for about $20-25 dollars a night depending on which nights.

For anyone wanting to focus on using the metro train system, this is not the best option. However, It is perfect for people who arrive with their own car or anyone planning to use car services and taxis.

I really liked that it was clean and staff was really friendly. Good neighbourhood. Close to a supermarket and a drugstore. Healthy breakfast.

There was to much noise from the cars passing outside. Other than that great hotel.

The people at the hotel were very nice. Not all of them speak English, though, but they are willing to help the best they can
