The women staff were excellent. The men not so caring. But the one who stood out the most was "Angie". She was exceptional. She went way out of her way to help my wife and I in every way. She is a "Shining Star" in the hotel. Thank you for hiring this amazing person.

You will laugh at me. But staring at the wall 10 inches away from my nose when I went to the bathroom. But you were not the only place with this issue. It might just be a Colombian normal.

The hotel is great value for money, I was made very welcome by all the staff, and everyone was very helpful in every way possible. They could not do enough to make my stay as pleasant and as comfortable as possible. Even with a few issues with my room, they offered to move me to a better room.

Unfortunately, there were a couple of issues with the maintenance of the room. A slight leak on a tap and the window surround was not good. The management changed rooms for me, and the second room was much better. A pity about the building site opposite, which was very noisy throughout the day

Large, clean comfortable room. In a safe quiet neighbourhood. Strong WiFi, excellent buffet breakfast. Friendly helpful staff. A couple of restaurants and convenience store nearby.

-Comfortable bed -Clean shower (good shampoo and body wash) -Spacious room -Location was great to tour around -Friendly staff -We were allowed to leave our suitcases while it was time to check in

The air conditioner had a problem, we woke up during the night with water coming out of it, overall it was pretty good.

The location is the best part, you can find anything minutes walking. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is good

Great location in Laureles/Unicentro area; very clean facilities and rooms with an excellent breakfast on the top floor
