Location, staff, clean, room facilities (except for lack of a window, but hotel cannot change that now)

Relatively minor irritations. Curtains did not block lights from the hallway. Breakfast repetitive though staff is wonderful (which matters) Noisy in the hallways. That could be improved because doors have openings at the top

This is a good hotel in a great neighborhood. The room was a nice size, and we were given one with a balcony facing the street. The air conditioning worked very well, and the in-room fridge was a useful addition. The shower room was compact, and the hot water could have been better. The staff were friendly. Breakfast was decent, with scrambled eggs made to order. Meals are served on the rooftop terrace, which is a lovely setting. The terrace also features a jacuzzi. The location is excellent, with a lively main street full of bars, restaurants, and street food just two blocks away.

The lack of proper soundproofing in the balcony doors was a major downside.

Ok well first and most important is the reception staff. The best 👌 of all the hotels i have stayed in on this,trip. Specially miss Gabriella but all of them are very kind!! Next are the rooms. I stayed i 3 different room due to my travel circumstances. Even though the rooms are mostly very small but the comfort is excellent! The rooms,are modern. The matras and pillows are very conformable !! And the bathroom where you take shower the tiles are non slippery and I,liked that thoughtfulness

The breakfast could be better because every morning is the same thing they offered you and as well the person that serves the breakfast could be more kind and be more attentive to the guest and less on her phone ! Today I was served breakfast by the chef that prepared it and he his service was great even though I only went for a,cup of coffee the juice and the fruits.

The staff were super friendly, professional and they both (male and female) spoke good English. The room was very clean and comfortable. The facilities, available, were clean and updated. The location was excellent. It is located near all the restaurants on Calle 70. I frequently stay at this hotel when I visit Medellin. The Wi-Fi was great.

There was no gym available. The breakfast was very basic (eggs, toast, fruit, and juice). The room was very small (limited room). Once I put my suitcase up, there no room to get to the restroom from one side of the bed. It is advisable to ensure you get the bigger of the available rooms.

Its location it’s very convenient if you have an event in the stadium. It’s a nice building, close to a main road with clubs, pharmacies, shopping malls, restaurants, etc

You can hear the noise outside the door of your room, if you have a light sleep I’d wouldn’t recommend the place. Rooms are small, beds crack so even with the smallest movement it’d make a noise. The extractor in the bathroom made a loud noise so I took showers with the lights off to avoid the noise.

Breakfast was on the rooftop accompanied by great views. As a 4 star hotel, they could do better with variety and quality of service and food. Staff at front desk very attentive and kind.

Tiny room with no hidden lighting. Only a master switch and a main light. Mattress really uncomfortable. Used the jacuzzi at night but it wasn't hot and not very clean.

Very friendly staff, comfortable room, lovely included breakfast and a good choice in the restaurant each night.

An external window in my room would have been nice but I had a frosted window overlooking the hotel foyer which was fine.

Cleanliness, well done breakfasts and the courteous staff.

I didn't have a hair dryer in the bathroom, so I asked for it but they gave it to me 2 days later. That's my only complaint.

the cleanest of the room and the superb staff . they are trying to help you and take care from their hearts (thanks) . the location was good and safe , 2 minutes walking to amain street packed withe stores , restaurant’s and bars . the supermarket and the laundry was so close to it .

the room is very small , no drawers . but good for solo travelers .

The breakfast selections were the same everyday which included eggs(your way) toast coffee juice and fruits but it’s included with the stay and it was very good. The server Sandra was very nice and the location of the hotel is walking distance to many restaurants and clubs, public transportation, and shopping as well. I would definitely stay again.

I wasn’t able to enjoy the hot tub since the reception said it was under repair and I wasn’t able to figure out the sauna but it seemed to be working and I couldn’t call reception because my phone wasn’t working.
