The hotel was closer to night life yet far away to not hear it at night. A lot of food around the place. And everything seems to be 15 min drive away or less we wanted to see.

I wish they had a bigger breakfast selection. Or even a buffet. Only had 4 options.

Great location, great service from reservation staff and restaurant staff. Amazing breakfast, perfect location literally 2 seconds away from the famous Carrera 70, a street filled with vendors, restaurants, discos, bars—you name it. Everything you need is literally a few seconds away on La 70. Beautiful and spacious rooms. Simply AMAZING, The Best!

Shower:They only have a rain shower, so you've got to watch out for your hair (had my shower cap). Adding a handheld shower would be perfect. Also, the shower is loud and makes a lot of noise.

Breakfast and dinner at the hotel were delicious, the bar with live music on weekends nice! All the staff A+, they treated me like family. Location is one block from the main avenue, the 70th were all the bars and restaurants are.

The rooftop was closed for remodeling but it is ok, next time and something that comes handy will be having a scratch pad and a pen in the room. I think they need to add a few more items for breakfast, like waffles, pancakes or fench toast plus more colombian goodies. I love orange juice for breakfast but I heard from other people that they would like to see more options.

Our room was very comfortable - very clean, great bed, and excellent views from the room balcony (more than worth paying for!) The breakfast was simple but good and the location was excellent for either walking around Laureles or for easy access to the subway to get to other parts of Medellin.

We got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi tub - which while very exciting when we went to use it, the tub water wouldn't get hot - staying pretty tepid to chilly. If we had paid extra for the tub, it would have been a let down but as a free upgrade it wasn't a big deal.

Very spacious, nicely appointed room that allowed for comfortable remote work and sitting area for planning our day. Comfortable bed, good sized bathroom and shower, plentiful storage. Well stocked mini bar. The staff as well was gracious and kind. The colombian breakfast was amazing; we ate the whole thing! Great location for getting to anywhere in the city. Would definitely come back.

It would have been nice to have a kettle for making coffee/tea. The staff at reception desk were kind enough to provide us with hot water in the evening for making herbal tea.

I really liked the room, except for the shower and crib. It wasn't very baby friendly. I had to go out of my way to buy a baby tub to avoid my baby from having an accident. And the "baby crib" was a play pen not comfortable at all for my baby to sleep in.

I didn't like the breakfast very much. The staff was nice but the food was ok. I've stayed in other hotels en la 70 that offer better quality and more variety of food.

The staff is extremely servicial and people oriented. They pay a lot of attention to details. The location is just perfect, many restaurants and night light within walking distance, however it’s peaceful. The restaurant food is very good and cheap compared to other places

The Facilities were constantly clean and up to scratch as well as the very kind and helpful staff members. It really made my stay enjoyable.

There is not much I didn’t like. Maybe a Pool or Terrace wouldn’t go amiss but that’s even a stretch.

The hotel is located in a very safe area where you can find restaurants and nightclubs. It is also very close to the mall. The front desk and housekeeping staff are attentive and ready to help when needed. Ms. Claudia provides inspirational quotes every day.

There needs to be more variety in the breakfast foods. Also, each room should have an iron.

Location was close to everything in Laureles area. TThe staff was great and so was the included breakfast. The room was quite spacious.

I originally booked a room with a balcony. Turned out it was too loud at night from the noise from the street and the restaurants below so I had to change to a room without balcony so it would be quieter The door of the balcony didn't shield the room enough form the noise. The bed was a little too firm for my taste and the pillows were too thick - I am used to much skinnier pillows so it affected my sleep.
