The staff at the hotel is very friendly and welcoming. Dilan Montoya, the front desk clerk, welcomed us and made us feel at home. Throughout our stay, Dilan was very attentive to our needs. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. The location of the hotel could not be better. There are restaurants of all kinds, pharmacies, supermarkets, all within walking distance. Next time, I will book at this hotel again.

Typical old fashioned hotel in a very nice area, not at a waling distance to the center, but worth it because of the nice and quiet neighborhood. Lots of good restaurants and bars all around the hotel.

Can't think of anything to be honest. There is also a laundry service near by if you need to tidy up yourself a little.

Breakfast is the same every day. For 3 days, it is totally fine, but when you stay for a week, it gets old.

Bit noisy, especially in the mornings. And just a small thing, but a small bed-side lamp would make the difference between sitting in total darkness and sitting with a bright light shining in your eyes!

Much like Colombians in general, the staff reflect the amazing traits of this country. They are friendly, helpful and welcoming. They are great examples of how Colombians are: warm and fun-loving. The hotel is located in a great neighborhood - Laureles - with many restaurants and shops within walking distance. The metro station Estadio is very close. The hotel arranges various tours of local attractions on request.

The hotel does not provide laundry services, which is a bit inconvenient. The neighborhood where the hotel is located is very lively so it can be a bit noisy especially on weekends. But these are very minor inconveniences.

The best staff ever. The hotel was immaculately clean and great breakfast on a beautiful patio. Truly the best part of our stay was the KINDEST STAFF from Diego & Luis to the cooking and cleaning staff! 10/10 would recommend! Thank You!
